Dealt with a lovely lady called Anna, very professional, kind and caring , nothing was ever too much , always on the end of the phone if I needed her.

This is the third time I have (sadly) needed to use NOH’s services and, as before, they were professional and caring. Nothing is too much bother and any queries were answered swiftly. The service itself was exactly as we wanted it to be and we can’t thank them enough for all their help.

Spoke to a lady called Charlotte re arrangements for a baby. Such an awful conversation for me that was handled with the upmost respect and dignity. All questions answered clearly, the process was explained very well and I am astounded at the service they will provide to go above and beyond. Thank you very much. I cannot praise Lauren at your Verwood office highly enough. From the first moment of contact she treated us with care, compassion and empathy, guiding us through the process seamlessly. Her recommendations for our Celebrant, who was wonderful, florist and wake were perfect. Her attention to detail, communication and organisational skills are superb and her care and respect for our loved one are to be commended.

Our family and friends felt that the funeral was lovely, and this was in no small part due to the sympathetic, supportive and professional attitude shown to us before, during and after the funeral by all the members of your company. All our wishes were carried out thoughtfully, and there was nothing that we felt could have been improved upon.

Nicholas O'Hara handled my Mother's funeral in June 2023 and my Dad's funeral in November 2023. The staff were so thoughtful and caring throughout, making it a much more manageable experiencethan I would have imagined. They were supportive without being intrusive, and both funerals were very dignified yet very personal. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in carrying out my late father's service. The very professional manner of phil. My late father's name in organising everything that had to be done in calm stages. No pressure. Everything explained. The grey hearse is a lovely idea. My father wouldn't of liked the idea of a black hearse.

During what was a difficult time for the family, Anna and the team at Nicholas O'Hara helped guide us through everything we needed to do. I'm very grateful for the personal approach they took. It felt as though everything had been thought about and planned carefully. This meant not only did everything go smoothly on the day but allowed us to say goodbye without worry or thinking about anything else.

I don’t think I have ever had such good service and care. They treated us all exceptionally well. Took time to talk to us and thought about things I wouldn’t necessarily thought about. All in all my thanks go to a very exceptional funeral directors

Anthony and team were superb - professional at every stage , but above all I always felt that they really cared. The celebrant was brilliant, exactly capturing my late husband in a beautiful tribute which everyone who attended remarked upon. Anthony's staff were point perfect on the day and the order of service designed by Natalie was amazing and very personal .It was the hardest and saddest thing in my life but thanks to Oharas it was filled with love and support from all.

We have used Nicholas O’Hara for both of my parents funerals and they have provided a first class service. Nothing was to difficult for them to sort out, just what you need when faced with these sad times.
