En julio compré un aparato de aire acondicionado portatil. Estamos en octubre, el calor ha pasado y yo sigo esperando el aparato.
He reclamado varias veces para que me devuelvan el importe. La ultima vez me contestaron diciendo que en unmpar de dias me harian el ingreso. Eso fue en septiembre y todavía estoy esperando.
Vaya, un engaño por todo lo alto!!

Sentimos mucho que su aire acondicionado portátil, comprado en julio, todavía no haya llegado y que siga esperando el reembolso después de varios reclamos. Entendemos su frustración, sobre todo ahora que el calor ya pasó. Ya estamos revisando su caso para darle una solución lo antes posible.

Très mauvaise experience
Le colis (un parapluie) a été déposé par erreur ailleurs. Je n’ai jamais pu le récupérer. Oaksnordic répond bien à mes mails de relance mais pour me balader depuis plus de 2 mois en disant qu’ils attendent le retour du transporteur que je n’arrive de mon côté pas à joindre. Ils ne veulent bien sûr pas me rembourser. C’est peut être une erreur initiale du transporteur mais oaksnordic n’est d’aucune aide et j’ai donc perdu 40 euros.
Je déconseille fortement.

Cheap product almost killed my dog with paint chipping off the dog bowl within 2 weeks he was sick and vomiting and had to take him to the vet. Refused a refund offered me 20% after a 500 vet bill. Do not buy.

Très mauvaise expérience. Le produit que j’ai reçu était défectueux et ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Malgré mes nombreuses démarches auprès du vendeur et mon attente d’une solution, je n’ai reçu ni remboursement ni produit de remplacement.
Cela a été une expérience très frustrante, sans aucune solution satisfaisante à ce jour. Je ne recommande pas ce vendeur compte tenu de mon expérience. Lorsqu’un produit est défectueux, le client ne devrait pas avoir à insister et à attendre pendant des semaines pour obtenir un remboursement ou un remplacement.

I really like this company....
I really like this company as they filter through all sorts of items for you and only offer you quality wares which for me is a new way of shopping but I do appreciate it very much as it can get so boggling when there are hundreds and hundreds of clothes to look through that are all very similar and can take days to decide. Thank you and will see how the pyjamas are and how quickly they are delivered.

The item I received does not look remotely like the online photo they promote. COMPLETELY different in look, feel, etc. I even sent them a photo of their on-line photo and what I received. Their website said, 30-day hassle-free returns and that is not true. They offered me a 10% return or 50% off the next item I order!!!!! With all of these Negative Reviews, why are they even allowed to sell!! Folks, take these reviews seriously. I have pictures to add to this but there isn't any option to upload.

Terrible refund process is obstructive and difficult.
I purchased some slippers which did not fit. When I asked for a refund and the address for free returns as per the website T&Cs I was given the complete run around. Had to send a photo, was offered a new size if I paid 10 euro shipping costs, was told I could send back at my own expense to China, offered a partial refund only and I could keep the items. Got my credit card co involved in the end and then the refund was paid. Do not recommend.

Absolute rubbish - usb rechargeable lamp…
Just received the usb rechargeable lamp I ordered. I wish I'd seen some of the reviews before I spent £31 on absolute rubbish. Also, the bottom part of the item (because you can't really call it a lamp) was broken and the battery thing inside kept falling out. I'm not even going to waste my time asking for a refund. I will not be buying anything else from this company.

Awful company bought a portable lamp 30 day return didnt use lamp right away went to charge day 34 wont charge they will not replace or repair this faulty lamp would never recommend them

Another drop shipping scamming company. Charging the earth looking high quality and it turns out it comes from China, extremely cheaply made and nothing like the images. Absolute com artists these companies are. I'm sick of them!!!
