Le prix du produit est au moins multiplié par cinq

Quick&friendly solution to my mistake
Ordering and payment were easy. But just after that, I realized I had clicked on the wrong colour. Just by replying to the confirmation of request email and explain it, I got a smooth, understanding answer assuring me that they would manage the colour change.

Do not order with these people
I was interested in buying a lamp and I placed an order. Then on the same night, I decided that I didn't want it and tried to cancel it. There are no cancel order buttons anywhere and you have to go through customer service. I have sent four emails to try and get my order cancelled and the only emails I get back are confirming that my order is on the way. This is bad customer service and frankly unacceptable. I tried calling and it says the number is not reachable and emails are not responded too. This is unacceptable.
