This is actually scam. Products do not look like on images. Read: wood - not even close to wood. Also no information they do dropshipping directly from China, and in case of problem you need to send it back to China.

Damaged item - refused a refund…
I ordered what looked like a nice lamp from their website, and after taking a long time to arrive the item turned up incomplete and damaged. Following multiple emails back and forth with the company they have repeatedly refused to issue a refund claiming that items often arrive damaged and I just need to "bend the lampshade back into place". when pushed, the best they will offer is to send a replacement rather than accepting my right to a refund. I am reporting to trading standards.

Me enviaron otro producto y se niegan a devolverme el dinero
El 10 de septiembre compré un bolso en esta tienda. La web anuncia entrega en 7-10 días laborables, pero tardó 19, llegó el 7 de octubre. El producto que recibí no corresponde al artículo que compré. Es mucho más pequeño y no coincide con la foto de mi pedido. Además, después de mi compra cambiaron las fotos de la ficha del producto en la web.
Su política de devoluciones dice que, si el producto es incorrecto, la devolución no tiene coste para el cliente. Les envié fotos, capturas y el resumen del pedido, y pedí una etiqueta de devolución y el reembolso completo. No han negado el error, pero en lugar de devolverme el dinero me han ido ofreciendo: primero un 10 % de reembolso o un vale del 50 %, después un 20 % o un vale por el importe total para comprar en su propia tienda. Cuando insistí en devolverlo, me dieron una dirección en China y me dijeron que los gastos de envío y los posibles aranceles corrían de mi cuenta, en contra de su propia política. En su web solo aparecen una dirección en Ámsterdam y un almacén en Francia.
He tenido que presentar una reclamación ante el Centro Europeo del Consumidor. Antes de comprar aquí, leed las demás opiniones: a otros clientes les ha pasado lo mismo.
