Very happy with the product and delivery (and price). A call to customer services to check on delivery date was dealt with politely and efficiently. Would use this company again.

Very pleased with our purchase of a leather sofa and 2 armchairs. Helpful staff and quick and professional delivery. I would recommend Oakland’s furniture.

After contacting customer services and explaining what happened to me,they were very quick to respond and solve the situation, I was very impressed in the way they dealt with this problem, and I am now satisfied with the outcome, I have to say I am very pleased with the furniture I purchased.

What a joy! We loved this shop. Everything is displayed beautifully with clear pricing. Exceptionally friendly and helpful service from Wayne and Sue. We only popped in for a nose and purchased a lovely sofa and stunning gold mirror! Couldn’t be happier. We will be back. Thanks guys.

Had a sofa and chair delivered today, the 2 guys were very professional and polite, would recommend this company.

Had my delivery date put forward from June 25th to March 19 thanks for getting my furniture delivered early. All my furniture was delivered with out any knocks or bumps delivered was done quickly and on time thank you

Revised review, I made a one star review last time, they promptly phoned me to try and help. I spoke to a lovely lady Abigail, she identified a error I had made and changed it for me, then looked at the delivery date and revised it from July to April.
Abigail was not just efficient and helpful but as any company would hope but went the extra distance in her attitude and courtesy to help and correct my error and change the date

I had a telephone conversation today with Anthony Marsh at Truro showroom manual, I needed answers to questions about a product, he put my mind at rest he was very knowledgeable about the product and very pleasant, needless to say I placed my order confident after the assurances from Mr. Marsh.

One major issue when placing the order. The agent gave me excellent customer service as well as investigating the issue and not giving up until it was solved.

The service is friendly and welcoming and there is a large selection of different styles of furniture. I've had many products from here in the past and it will continue to be a favourite in the future. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and choice of products. We saw Sue initially who was very friendly and helpful and knows her furniture.
No pressure when looking around which was nice but help there if you needed it.
We visited other larger chains and had no service from them at all, it's nice to be able to shop locally and support a family run business.
We will certainly recommend in the future... even better no 3-month wait, the sofas arrive tomorrow!

Fabulous shop and lovely friendly staff. Love my new sofas and accent chair. Can’t wait for my new bed and mattress now. Delivery drivers so helpful and make sure everything is in place before they leave. Thank you Oaklands Furniture, no doubt I’ll be back again soon 😂

When I visited the store I was greeted promptly by Wayne who was so helpful and friendly. He showed me a great selection of sofas and explained different colour options / fabrics, I got just what I wanted and had it delivered today by 2 friendly guys who took great care too 👍 definitely recommend Oakland’s

Fantastic service from start to finish. Had a sofa and bed from them, the quality was first class and the staff all so helpful. would recommend if looking for furniture and beds as they have a large range to choose from.

Horrendous service, do not buy from these people. They don’t honour their own T’s and C’s!

Avoid at all costs. Shocking experience with this company. The sales lady is as useful as a chocolate teapot very rude, no customer service skills!

Mattress is awful and only been in use for a few months.after reporting problems a delivery person visited called wayne who was patronising and avoided any liability and blamed everything but the faulty product.
oaklands products are cheap tat.
