I am happy patient of Oakdale Dental more than one year. My first visit there was with Steph- dental hygienist. The reason for that treatment was the condition of my gums and teeth. Her attitude was amazing and the result was brilliant. My first two visits were in a period of 3 months. Now I am going every six months. But my real journey there starts with Invisalign. Extremely thankful to the whole team there starting from reception desk till all professionals dentists and nurses. Huge thank you to Chintan Patel for his perfectionism and the final result is my perfect smile one year later. A dream came true. Starting from Invisalign because of cross bite and back bite and a huge gap between lower front teeth. After finishing my treatment with Invisalign I was having a Philips zoom whitening and composite bonding of lower front teeth. Again Chintan Patel you make miracles.
So if you are wondering if this journey is worth it at Oakdale Dental I can only say without any hesitation the best choice for dental clinic in Leicester. 👌👏😇

I went to Oakdale for a tooth extraction and to have an implant. The level of care and treatment is second to none and all of the team are so genuinely friendly. I can't thank them enough for the amazing experience and results.

With my job I have travelled all around the world, where they have had the very best medical care. This includes the USA, Germany and Switzerland. In all these places I have always been lucky to have experienced the very highest standards and latest innovation in dentistry. In the UK I have always had a hit and a miss when it comes to dentistry. Even the ones that were recommended to me were good but not to the level I had experienced in my travels. Furthermore, I never leave reviews for such places, since I sincerely believe that every patient has a different experience with the same dental practitioner. However, I feel I need to make an exception in this case.

The moment I walk through the door, the staff are pleasant, offer refreshments and make you feel good with their friendly smile. The appointment time is always respected so that you know you will never need to wait. The surgery is very hygienic and you will not see a spot of dust anywhere, it has a homely feeling and immediately eases the stress in any forthcoming treatment that you may need to undergo.

Dr Moosajee is the practitioner I saw. From the very first visit he clearly explained every option available to me for my particular tailored treatment with the costs, there was no question unanswered and he gave me the pros and cons on each course of treatment. What I particular liked was the fact that I did not feel at all rushed during the consultation and I do have the tendency to ask a lot of questions. From the original consultation to all the subsequent visits I had, I always got the same quality of care from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Another thing I particular admired was the fact that Dr Moosajee gave me the option to contact him at any time to make an appointment between the scheduled appointments without hesitation. This was all factored in to the original cost of the treatment. When in the UK, I have now found my elite dental practice that I would not at all hesitate to recommend whole heartly.

I have just been to Oakdale Dental for a tooth implant plus a molar crown and a front tooth repair. All painfree!

Was lucky enough to be treated by an exceptional dentist Dr Alif Moosajee and his dedicated staff with professionalism and care that I have never experienced at a dental practice before.

Wonderful dentists - friendly, courteous, professional and very understanding when a patient is nervous regarding a procedure. From the receptionists, as the first port of call, to the dentist and his assistant, absolutely first class care. I was very nervous to have a crown but I shall not be in future - and for me that really is saying something!! A very big thank you to you all.

He did the appointment with max skills and explained further treatments very well. As for the wait time, my experience is that I am usually seated in the surgery chair within a few minutes of my appointment time. I recently attended Oakdale and needed quite a lot of treatment. Dr Chintan Patel assessed the treatment, agreed to break it down into 4 manageable sessions and I’m pleased to say that I’ve just completed my final appointment. The entire ‘customer experience’ was exceptional, and that is from someone who has really never enjoyed going to the dentist but the ‘Oakdale experience’ was so professional that it was ‘almost’ a pleasure to go for my treatment. If only all dentists were like this!!

My daughter had a dead, grey/discoloured front tooth from having a brace fitted which made her very self conscious. Our own dentist carried out a root canal and was then going to fill it with white filling to remove the internal discolouration but then the dreaded covid hit. Following this and a prolonged wait to get an appointment with our dentist, she was then told the root canal they did had failed and she needed to wait for it to fail completely before they could carry out any further works which could take years or she could go via their cosmetic dentistry side for immediate treatment. I declined this as it was clearly a money making scheme seeing as they had just gone private so if the cosmetic side of their business could do it, why couldn't our dentist in the same practise? Anyhow I googled cosmetic dentists and called Oakdale, from the initial call with their Reception to the consultation, review, quote and the actual cosmetic works, this practice has been absolutely fantastic. My almost 21 year old now smiles without her hand in front of her mouth and her teeth look fantastic (she had a second root canal done properly, cosmetic repair to the dead tooth and whitening on the rest). Everything from communications to follow up appointments has been spot on and the treatment was painless. Although a little pricey, I couldn't recommend this practice enough. Well done and thank you to Dr Chintan Patel and the whole Oakdale team for restoring my daughters confidence!

I sadly broke a tooth and my dental practise were not able to do the procedure i needed. I made an enquiry and was seen for a consultantion really quickly. From walking in to my treatment being completed, I can not fault the experience. From the welcome I got on arrival, to the waiting room and being taken through to the treatment room, the staff were super attentive, very professional and friendly.
Ali is an expert at his trade and it is clearly evident he is passionate about what he does. He explains in detail the options and offered guidance, giving me time to think about the choices. Normally i am apprehensive about going to the dentist but I can not speak highly enough about everyone who spoke to me and looked after me. Ali is such a nice person and brilliant at what he does. I am delighted with the experince and the outcome. THANK YOU to all involved!
