I've been a patient of Claire's for 18 years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Over the years, she has guided me through extensive dental work with exceptional skill, patience, and kindness.

When I first started treatment, I was very self-conscious about my smile. Thanks to Claire's expertise and dedication, I regained my confidence and can now smile without feeling embarrassed. Throughout every procedure, she always found the right words to reassure me, explain what was happening, and make me feel at ease.

Claire's impact on my life has gone far beyond dentistry. Her encouragement and support played a significant role in helping me quit smoking 12 years ago, something that has benefited my health in countless ways.

I originally chose the practice simply because it was close to where I lived. Since then, I've moved to the other side of London, but I still make the journey back because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dental care.

In the final stages of FULL upper jaw restoration. 9 implants started procedures last Year and now we are coming to a successful end :) Dr Meera and her team took care of my need while many other surgeries had rejected me due to being a "difficult case". Dr Meera and her team gave me hope and soon my smile and confidence back :) All procedures are going as Dr Meera planned for it from the very first time I went in her surgery for a free consultation. FOLLOW UP:

One month since I had received my full upper prosthesis (Full zirconia on titanium base frame) and feel GREAT! The whole procedure since I got the implant healing till receiving the prosthesis went very smooth and as Dr Meera explained it too me from very beginning on step by step and advice on each step to follow for best experience. Once the implant integrated enough to be loaded safely, I got scanned and few weeks later I got my temp template of denture, plastic one just for test the fit and feel before the final prosthesis is made. The temp bridge fit well on all implants and required very minor adjustment on the tenth of one of the molars as to allow uniformed closure / pity with the bottom jaw. I would say it was very very snug fit from the scan alone. Then the plasticky denture once adjusted to match the bottom jaw were sent back for final zirconia on titanium frame bridge. Few weeks later I had been called in for the final install. The new final bridge fit well and exact and the whole procedure took no more than an hour. I was able to smile and eat hard food and fruit immediately without any problem. Two weeks later I went for last check up and everything confirmed perfect. There is a video review on You Tube (google LCS). If you are interested and considering such treatment with LCS and want to see in person my outcome I do not mind see you in person via pre arranged meeting in / via London City Smile surgery and in a presence of Dr Meera or Dr Rakhee and re-confirm my experience in person. So far I had received few "likes" from people who did not know I had been having full restoration which is a good sign of a professional work.
I will be having my bottom set done this Autumn as I have confidence in the team that they could deliver on what I need and want.
I am extremely happy with what I got and how I got it from Day one (March 2025 till April 2026), bare in mind I went through extensive bone grafting procedures on both molar sides and both sinuses which require extra time to integrate / heal.
I highly recommend LCS in my case particularly involved with Dr Meera, Rakhee and their team.
The surgery have very easy access to, just opposite Angel station served by Northern Line so everyone could be in and out easily regardless where you travel from.

I decided to use London City Smiles as I had used them for an implant some years before. Dr Balwant Vekaria is very experienced and very skilled at what he does. The treatment included several implants and now they have settled down I am more than pleased with the results. Dr Vekaria is very professional and I was always treated with respect. Highly recommended.

I want to give a specific mention to two people who made my recent visit to London City Smiles in Angel genuinely excellent. Jay provided care that was thorough, attentive, and entirely confidence-inspiring — exactly what you want from a dentist. Nurse Naz was outstanding: technically precise, completely calm under pressure, and with a warmth that put me at ease throughout. A rare combination. London City Smiles is a well-run practice, but it's the quality of the individuals in the room that makes the real difference — and on that front, Jay and Nurse Naz set a high bar.

Absolutely recommend my hygienist Ionela and her team! Remarkable professional, brilliant skills as I never feel any pain or need for pain relief after the procedure! She is the best one in the clinic, Real Deal!

Initially, I was nervous about getting implants due to concerns about cost and potential discomfort. Surprisingly, I experienced none of the pain, swelling, or bruising I had feared, though it was indeed an investment. I opted for a young, empathetic doctor over a more seasoned one, seeking someone genuinely supportive. Dr. Rakhee Vekaria and her wonderful nurse, Alex, who checked in daily, were absolutely perfect for me. Dr. Rakhee's skill is exceptional, and she truly deserves acknowledgment. I'm deeply grateful to both.

Saw the Hygienist today and left feeling very sparkling and clean. Lonela Stoica is a remarkably good practitioner, very friendly and totally professional. Money well spent.

I visit the hygienist regularly. I have always received professional and friendly service from the reception staff and also the clinical staff. Whenever I visit the hygienist, I receive very good service and advice.

Each time I go there the better they make me feel. All the staff very sympathetic and attention with the desire to satisfy the costumer. Amazing professionals. Congratulations to everyone and thank you for your time to see me and do the work without pain at all.

Had a dental check up today and some advice from Dr Jey. Great practice and staff, both professional and friendly. Always receive the highest standard of care and treatment. Has been my practice over 20 years. Perfect for standard treatment and specialised (dental implants etc)

I had been apprehensive about having implants. Big investment, pain, swelling, bruising, bleeding? None of those (well maybe costly!). I chose to work with a young and caring doctor. It was a risk. Should I go with the more experienced doctor? No I wanted to go with someone who would put their arm around me and have my back. So I chose Dr.Rakhee Vekaria and her fine nurse Alex who contacted me every day. They were both everything I wanted. I think Dr Rakhee is a genius and deserves to be recognised. Thank you both.

Okay dental practice but they have a TERRIBLE spamming problem. I never opted in to receive marketing messages or any sales communication, yet they continue to spam me with both emails and SMS, despite me asking several times for them to stop.

Always have great care from Dr Chirag Patel, from regular check ups to an implant. His warm and engaging manner make a trip to the dentist a very pleasant experience.

Bieng a very nervous patient ,from the moment I walked into Dr Chirag Patel's surgery he made me feel at ease. I know I will receive the best care and treatment with Dr Patel.

Beware of any implant services at this clinic.

I visited the clinic in October 2024 and was seen by Dr Mohini Gorsia for an emergency appointment. As it was outside her expertise, she asked Dr Balwant Vekaria for a consult, who is an implantologist with 38 years experience (supposedly).

I went in as I had an implant fitted a couple weeks before in Romania and my gum was slightly swollen so I thought I’d check it out. Once he looked at the X-ray he quickly said it's infected. Then he just inserted a tool straight through my gum and started tugging at the implant back. He then said it’s for sure infected and the implant is mobile and didn't fuse to the bone because of the infection so it needs to be taken out and kindly quoted me £350 for this.

I was apprehensive so I asked for the X-ray to be sent to me, sent it to my dentist alongside a video of my gum. They said it’s unlikely it’s an infection and it’s most likely a piece of the bone graft that migrated to the gum and that it’s not so uncommon. Because I was worried, I flew to Romania to have it checked and of course there wasn’t anything wrong with it, it was just bone graft as suspected which just eliminated itself.

Fast forward to now, I have had the crown fitted on the implant for 4 months and there’s been no complication whatsoever. I am really baffled that someone with so much experience could be so wrong, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but I would absolutely stay away of this doctor and clinic. Had I listened to them, not only I would've lost thousands of pounds but I would've gone through many unnecessary procedures and cause further damage to my teeth.

Another excellent treatment from one amazing hygienist. Irina, thank you for being so patient and caring with the treatment you provide. You put so much care in everything you do, your gentleness, and attention to detail when you are cleaning my teeth as you know how sensitive my teeth and gum can be. I never know a hygienist can make me feel at ease and fall asleep when she was cleaning my teeth! Thank you! I am so greatful to all London City Smiles staff and practitioners. Thank you for giving me an amazing smile.
