Very poor and appalling customer service
I returned 2 radiators and only got a partial refund.I rated this company a 1 star before and they have threatened me with no refund unless I change my rating. I tried contacting them through ebay before I used trustpilot, but got no response from them. They only responded after I reviewed. I have been accused by them for opening a fraudulent case for returns, but as I explained to the company repeatedly, I was following advice given to me by ebay. This should have been a very simple matter of receiving goods and refunding the money. The partial refund was given by ebay as well, not the seller. My recommendation is to stay clear, very clear of this company, specially if your not happy with something, forget about any proper communication.

We ordered a towel radiator a few months ago. It came damaged. Was replaced and ok. Recently ordered same product to match. It came damaged. It was returned and I spoke to customer services and asked if they would personally check it before it was despatched. It too came damaged again. Spoke to customer services and they said I would need to send it back. I had to book a day off work for the original damaged one to be collected from home by parcel force. I asked if they could collect Saturday this time as I couldn't get time off work. They said no and I need to email them when they could collect it. They then hanged up. On top of that I had a plumber waiting to fit it which incurred a cost. I would never buy from this company again. I've actually ended up having the damaged radiator installed to avoid further costs. Talk about going the extra mile.

Can I also add that out of four rads three were damaged.
I think it's appalling how I have been treated and to think you the md, who has looked into the case and still could not be bothered to call me. I will pass this review on to every site possible

I picked NWT as they were the only people I could find selling the style of towel rail we wanted.

Put a message in when ordering to get it delivered on a specific date and it arrived fine.

The towel rail is very nice and I can't see any faults with the exterior (however haven't installed it yet).

Excellent service received contacted for advice on panel radiator not working with no power after almost 4 years. Details sent on how to return and to my amazement still in warranty. Replacement dispatched with in 24 hours next day delivery. Particular thanks to Josh for customer service. Have already recommended to a local builder.

Highly recommended, excellent communications, delivery on time and I was informed of the delivery slot so I could be there to meet it. I had a slight problem with the product but it was dealt with promptly and a replacement was delivered, again on time and professionally.

I recently visited the nwt showroom in Conwy looking for ideas for a bathroom refurbishment. I was blown away by the choice of products, quality and price! After a quick measure up and a second visit to nwt i had my full bathroom suite ordered and delivered within 3 days! Now the plumber has completed the work i can honestly say i am thrilled with the finish. The staff at nwt were polite and efficient throughout and i would highly recommend anyone looking for a new bathroom or radiator to visit

The website says next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. I did not receive it til 3 days later. nowhere on the website did it say N/A for weekends. Poor advertising

Very poor customer service, rude and argumentative plus valves quality not good.
I purchased radiator valves and upon fitting them a few developed faults. When i contacted NWT i was informed that i would have to send the faulty valves back for inspection then it would be at least ten weeks to replace as they would have to order from manufacturers in Turkey!
Having lost confidence in NWT and unable to do without working radiators for such a long period i felt had no option but to purchase elsewhere.
I have left this factual review for consumers to make an informed decision prior to purchasing! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I purchased radiators online from NWT Direct. All of the aluminium radiators leaked badly shortly after installation due to a welding fault in the manufacturing process. My brother-in-law also bought aluminium radiators from NWT which had the same problem. I also bought chrome towel rails from NWT which rusted badly within one month. Also one other radiator didn't work due to a circulation fault. I incurred significant additional plumbing costs to have them removed and replaced with alternative products. It is now four months since I reported the problem to NWT and they will not agree to refund the cost of returning the defective products to them by courier nor will they refund the additional plumbing costs or the cost of the valves. They initially promised me a refund without having to return the products after I sent them videos and photos of the defects but have since reneged on that agreement. They are emphasising in their emails that their terms of trading provide for the "replacement" of defective products. Replacement products are no use to me now that I have purchased radiators from another company relying on NWT's promise of a refund. They now say that they want me to return the defective products to them by courier at my expense for them to examine them and then make a decision on a refund. They're leaving open the possibility of a refusal of a refund after I have returned the products in circumstances where I purchased replacement products from another company relying on their previous agreement to give a refund which they are now refusing to honour. My new radiators don't match the remaining NWT radiators so I have to replace those at my own expense too. It is now four months since I reported the defects to NWT and there is no resolution to the problem. They are trying to offer me replacement radiators which they know I have no use for because I have already installed replacements. I've been left with no option but to instruct a solicitor to deal with them. Overall, this has been a nightmare experience with no resolution in sight and seven defective radiators and towel rails still being stored in my home.

I needed parts for a towel rail and NWT Direct's web site is easy to navigate and order from. Delivery is fast and it is a very pleasant change not being charged extra just because I live in the highlands. This is how all companies should do business!
