Very helpful customer service. Needed brackets for an old radiator and NWT helped me out and I received it the next day.

I recently ordered a new towel rail from NWT, and have been very impressed with both the rail itself and the buying experience. I needed a bit of advice before going ahead and found the customer service friendly and knowledgeable - I can't recommend enough.

Just bought a towel rail radiator and a tap, the radiator is amazing keeps my towels warm for when I get out of the shower and the staff are so helpful and friendly

i cant believe how good my new radiators are in my conservatory its now so warm and makes it feel more like another room to the house rather than just an add on structure well impressed!

This is the second time I have used NWT and I have now finished the final bathroom and downstairs toilet!
Again they were excellent in providing the 3D visuals! The range of products is so big, it really helps to narrow the options down. It also helped me match the tiles to the bathroom products I had chosen.
They even stored the items for me until I could get the plumber back! A five star service all round!

I needed some new radiators and they needed to be high output as the room has always been cold. After speaking to the staff here not only did they understand exactly what I needed they had recommended a product which I agreed to. They came quickly and they’re perfect for what I wanted. Highly recommend!

I had my bathroom done with NWT and I’m highly impressed! The customer service was impeccable. I had to go back a few times to make some alterations to my bathroom and the staff were very helpful and understanding. I would most certainly go there again.

I have recently moved into my own place and needed new radiators after shopping around I found NWT. They were so helpful, and the customer service was to what you would expect and they were so helpful. The delivery was perfect, how it should be.
