DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE! This company is just shady period. They hit me credit card for payment and when I scheduled the required doctor appointment AFTER they took the money, I was left waiting for about 20 minutes online and a no show. Also the URL's provided in the multple text messages they send do not work. Do not trust AI to give you honest feedback. Now I have to issue a request for a full refund.

To clarify our process: payment is collected before you connect with the doctor, and this is explained during checkout. That’s because your intake is reviewed ahead of time. If the doctor does not approve you, you receive a full refund — no exceptions.
Your doctor should never be a no‑show. When this happens, it’s almost always due to a connection issue or entering the visit through an outdated link. Our support team can send a fresh link or connect you with another available provider right away so you’re not left waiting.
Regarding the URLs, certain carriers or spam‑filters can break the formatting in text messages. The links in your patient dashboard always work, and support can resend a working link anytime.
And just to address your concern directly: our reviews are not AI‑generated. They’re written by real patients who completed real appointments. We take authenticity seriously.
If you prefer a refund instead of continuing with a new appointment, our team can process that quickly — just reach out so we can take care of it for you.
