They made it so simple and affordable to get my card! First off the application is simple, easy to understand and quick to fill out. Uploading the documents took less than 5 minutes. My appointment went well and I had my prescription the same day. I regret waiting so long to apply.

Zero Mention of additional State Fees
The site made ZERO mention of an additional fee with the state after completing the appointment with the doctor. I believed the price was all inclusive, and then was sent to state ADHS site to pay an additional $150. This should have been made clear on the Quick Med Cards site before paying them $150.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the separate Arizona state application fee came as a surprise. We understand that patients want a clear picture of all costs involved before beginning the process.
The fee paid to QuickMedCards covers the medical evaluation and, if approved, the physician certification. Arizona’s application fee is charged and collected separately by the Arizona Department of Health Services and is not paid to or retained by QuickMedCards. Our website explains that government fees must be paid directly by the patient, and this is also included in the application instructions we send after the appointment.
We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the difference between our service fee and the state’s application fee.

I found this organization very easy to understand and to use. The site is very user friendly, and I was able to set up an appointment with the doctor quickly, with many time options. My doctor appointment was nice and he was detailed and we discussed everything clearly. Using them has been seamless and it is so nice!

Way TOO expensive
Way TOO expensive! I believed it was going to cost something way less but it was 147.00 for an appointment that lasted 2 minutes. I would definitely go somewhere else because they charge WAY TOO MUCH MONEY. There are many places for WAY less. I'll NEVER use this service again. Go to Chronic Docs ANYWHERE ELSE.

First off the whole process is very easy, 2nd the staff explaine every too you and you never feel under pressure. After my appointment I had a few questions so I sent a email and the response time was less then 5 minutes.... it's weird but I think there actually trying to help people..... sadly that's rair nowadays....
