Worst company ever
I hope everyone read this before to buy anything to them. They will steal your money, no solutions if they already charged you. There is no supervisors, no managers or someone in charge who can provide you a solution. If you suscribe with them, be very carefully because you’re providing your CC and they can charge you when they want. They charged me money for a filter when they don’t have stock and are expecting that we wait until they want to get the filters replacements. Also charge you more than the filter costs because they split the subscription at their convenience and not matter what you say they don’t care and there is no way as a client to communicate with the warehouse and not providing any substancial information. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Jennifer is a very kind soul. She corresponded with my very swiftly and sincerely and go me a resolution to my problem very quickly. Give this woman a raise. For working fast and being extremely kind when she doesn't have to be.

Kayla knew how to change the account to my name email and subscription payment since my husband has recently passed away. She then knew how to check the unit to see why the red light was flashing- it meant look at the unit lights and change the filter indicated.

I've put off scheduling your automatic renewal of filters because I'm not great on new websites. After working with Jennifer (she was a life-saver) I am so glad that I got this going! Life is too short to stress over remembering to order filters. Leaking unit replaced
I developed a leak in my Nuaqua water filter system. I sent a email on Saturday to customer support and received a response the following Monday morning. After answering a few questions I received another email Monday afternoon telling me they were sending me a new replacement unit. I couldn't believe how quickly my issue got resolved.
