She guided me step by step on everything she needed to find a solution which allowed her to focus on what where the problems of the system. Five years and counting…
We have had our NuAqua system (6 stage) for five years. It has served us well. Recently, the UV sanitizer ballast quit. In getting that issue resolved, email support (namely JENNIFER) was very helpful in helping troubleshoot and recommend the appropriate parts to repair.
