After driving for many year's I decided to go for my Transport manager cpc was unsure who to go with did a bit of research and found NTP online, course is very well laid out for training and on hand to answer questions when needed highly recommended 😀

Having not studied for an exam in many years, I found the whole process quite stressful. But with Mark on hand to explain things and go through things with me was exceptional and without his constant reassurance and guidance I don’t think I would have made it!
The online learning was ideal for me as I could work and study, it took me a little longer than I liked, but having the option to extend my learning was epic and well worth it.
I passed first time and this was down to NTP learning process they have in place, also down to me as I refused to fail 😂😂

Highly recommend NTP and I’m sure I will be back to further my knowlage.

NTP got recommended to me and was my first choice for the transport manger course. The course was very easy to use on the website and the app, the audio reader was good to have to allow it to be read to you and make notes as the course it read out. Both exam taken on same day with a break in between which allows you to focus on the one exam at a time. The course notes are very handy to have printed out to allow you to learn the important points. Would 100% recommend ntp to take your course and exam.

NTP are fantastic. I passed first time, and didn't speak with the tutors until I passed but the offer of support was always there.

They genuinely care about you, and your results. The learning platform they have created is fantastic.

You cannot move on to book your exam until you have completed all sections, and passed the mock exams which I found helpful.

I would highly recommend doing the pre-exam day they offer. I didn't, and I had to complete the open book exam without the book, and I couldn't find the PDFs on the CILT system.

If you're considering doing your CPC, and don't do well in a classroom environment, get in touch with NTP. You won't regret it.

I liked the structure of the course (Transport Manager CPC in Road Passenger Transport Level 3). Certain chapters had to be completed before booking the exams, it was annoying at first but I now understand why this was done, as it helped me pass both exams the first time I did them.
The student support was very helpful, supportive and motivated me along the way. Also explained anything I did not understand. Phone calls were not also rushed, the person took their time explaining until I understood.
The LiveChat was very useful, you can ask any question any time of the day and someone from the course will reply back on the chat or email you with the answers.

I signed up for the Road Haulage level 3 course with NTP. The course is delivered via a structured onine training system which tracks and logs your progression as you go. This allows you to monitor how well you are doing and provides vital feedback along the way.

The course has several prerequisite points you must pass before you can progress to the next chapter. This is a great method as it pushes you to develop in the areas where you need to concentrate. This is not just a click to next slide course, this is interactive and engaging and was the key to my success.

Along the way you have access to instant messaging with tutors, phone calls, bookable team sessions, social forums and a whole other wealth of information. This is training done right.

I found the podcasts available from the course amazing. This allowed me to intake course information while doing my day to day job. What a cheat code this came to be for me as it meant I could double down on learning while maintaining other work that needed doing.
