I have completed my Transport Manager CPC training with NTP CILT School and honestly, it has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The tutors are not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely supportive and approachable. They explain the material clearly, give practical real-world examples, and make sure you feel confident before the exam.

Ther was always somebody available if I had a question, the course is handled in an easy-to-digest way, and I was able to pass both of my exams on my first attempt.

NTP have been a fantastic training provider. When I signed up I was immediately offered support and guidance. I do have a learning disability Dyscalculia, I found the math and formulas difficult however the varied ways of learning the course contents, learner support and groups were a huge help to achieving the pass. At no point was I unsupported or left without an avenue should I get stuck. Response to emails, phone calls and online messages were extremely fast. I couldn't have asked for better. If you are able to learn remotely the NTP is the provider I would highly recommend.

I completed my CILT(UK) Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers (Road Haulage) with NTP Online Learning Ltd, and I am extremely happy with the quality of training I received.

From the start, the course was very well structured and easy to navigate. The online materials were clear, up to date, and gave me the confidence to tackle each part of the syllabus. NTP Online Learning, in my experience, provide the best Transport Manager CPC course available.

The online learning platform is a great way to keep track of your progress and the course notes are organised and well written.

The testing is good. There are progress tests to keep track of your knowledge retention. The multiple choice exams and written exams provide you with confidence by enforcing your knowledge, showing what is expected by the examiner and how to properly structure an answer in the way expected.

You can also learn the course content in your own time and at your own pace, which really takes the pressure off.

I would really recommend taking the add-on pre-exam course as well. It was delivered very professionally and gave me a great insight into the exam format and expectations.

I took a course with a different, well known course provider a few years ago. The course content is essentially some simple knowledge on transport law and business, and despite having degrees in these areas, I could not pass the course due to the way it was delivered. It consisted of a folder of terribly written notes and a man, not qualified to teach, reading off some slides for 2 weeks. This is not sufficient as there is far too much information and the second exam is tricky unless you know what is expected by the examiner.

Shopping around recently, it was a shame to see that most course providers are delivering their courses at such low standards and that they are allowed to get away with it by the examining board, CILT.

NTP are leaps and bounds ahead of the seemingly unscrupulous competition, delivering the course seriously, professionally and competently. I PASSED 1ST TIME AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE NTP TEAM!

Great experience, clear platform to navigate in terms of study. Lots of practice opportunities. Staff were always helpful and easy to contact, no farming out to call centres etc. The people you see on the videos are people you also speak to. I would use NTP Online for further learning in future.
