The NS&I site is simple to use

The NS&I site is simple to use - easy to make payments using banking app and easy to make withdrawals - usually takes a couple of days to get into my bank account. I get winnings converted into more bonds. Winnings are tax free :-)

The two ladies I spoke to on the phone were very polite and very helpful. The Second Lady in particular walked me through the required process and everything was achieved successfully. Many thanks to both of you
