So far so good
So far so good. I have a monthly standing order to pay into premium bonds and I read that the chances of a payout had reduced lately. So far I’m still getting a prize on a fairly regular basis despite being advised there are better options. I’ll stick with it for now.

Tried contacting NS&i regarding my daughter’s account. We were pushed from pillar to post as it was an old account. We were going round in circles.
Finally got it sorted over the phone by someone who obviously new what they were doing and managed to get the account closed online which then was an easy process

Safest place to invest
I have been investing with NS&I for many years, and throughout that time I have found it to be a safe, secure, and highly reliable place to keep my savings. One of the things I value most is the peace of mind that comes from knowing my money is protected and can be accessed whenever I need it, without unnecessary complications.
Although I have never been fortunate enough to win one of the larger Premium Bonds prizes, I still consider my investment worthwhile because security and accessibility are far more important to me than the chance of a big win.

I also appreciate that NS&I keeps customers well informed with regular updates and clear communication. Everything was really easy
Everything was really easy. A suggestion:- Both my wife and I have NS&I ISA and Premium Bond accounts. So I always need to make sure any investment is going into the account I want it to. What would help me would be if I could assign a name to the individual accounts. E.g. Tony’s ISA, Jean’s Premium Bonds. Etc.
