The NS&I website is very well designed
The NS&I website is amongst the cleanest and easiest websites I have used. Simple, logical and uncluttered.
Their service is also good - they just need to pay out more on their prize rates now LOL.

I was pleased to see and use rhe NS&I app. Much easier than years ago and helpful staff. We also found customer services accessible on a Sunday which really helped.

Premium Bonds...
I have premium bonds & sometimes I buy & sometimes I cash them it. The process is very complicated. Much more so than my ordinary banking. Sometimes I have to log in several times before I can do what I want. It takes 3 - 5 days for money to be transferred to a bank account & it could be the same day.

Absolutely diabolical trying to open an account jumping through hoop after hoop it’s absolutely ridiculous can’t accept this or this as proof of address well why not it’s proof of my address it’s just ridiculous jumping through unnecessary hoops it’s not even worth it
