I returned my bike under their policy

I returned my bike under their policy. I like the quality but it was too top-heavy for me. I returned it over a month ago and cannot get a refund. I have emailed weekly and the response is they are "checking on it". I have never had this experience with any other company and worry that they have money issues????

Replacement Road Wheel

I needed a replacement wheel for the V13 road bike I purchased from N+ early in 2024. Have been working with Magda on this and she has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I am hoping the wheel ships out soon so I can get back to riding my favorite bike!

Great customer experience

I live in South Florida and have ordered my bike on August first and just received it at home today 8/12 as expected.
The support team was very responsive to my emails clarifying all of my questions and the bike is already assembled and delivered as described.

If I could rate as no stars I would. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE BIKES
Customer service is terrible, took ages for the bike to arrive, but no accessories. Cannot get an answer on the accessories, just an automated email that states they’ll be shipped separately. It looks good but rides terribly. The bike isn’t suitable for anyone 1.8M tall or above, the seat goes down while riding, in 30 minutes I had to put it back up twice. It’s also very difficult to adjust the seat position. The power to weight ratio is terrible, the bike is way too heavy. Started a 7k ride with 100% battery, finished with 80%

We are so sorry Matthew is not satisfied with the product. Our CS Team did let Matthew know the accessories were on back order, and gave an estimate for delivery. Each stat Matthew mentioned including the height, weight, battery capacity etc. are all listed on the website and were available for him to review before ordering.

Matthew rode the bike for a number of miles, as he stated in his review, then tried to return the bike. It states very clearly in our return policies that all items for return must be in their original packaging, packed as received, in new condition, unused, unaltered, and undamaged. Matthew did not agree with our return policy and therefore has placed a 1-star review, even after our CS Team went above and beyond to help resolve the situation in a manner that would make both parties happy.

Our CS Teams priority is to create a positive experience for all our customers and we work very hard to do so.

Awful company—DO NOT BUY

Awful company. Awful service. Faulty defective product sold. I bought a Mercedes F1 e-bike. Unable to charge the bike since day one. Took 4 days for someone to call me back. Then a very rude person in service named Bryan sends me a rude and unprofessional email because I submitted a complaint about their shoddy product. Do not buy from them and do not buy this “shiny” bike that is awful quality. Rip off!!!!! The response is ridiculous. I never used the bike because it never worked. You so bad and is organized that you cannot even keep your complaints straight.

Alex had a bike that is a number of years old and well out of warranty. He rode this bike continually for those years and was upset our organization, based on its current warranty, could not replace the bike.

Our CS Team reached out to Alex to speak about the review he placed which had a number of false truths concerning our product and CS Team who went above an beyond with the customer to resolve the issue in a timely manner and in a way that would make both parties happy. That is always our goal and in these cases, where a number of false truths are given, we do ask the review be taken down if agreeable. In no possible scenario would our CS Team be "rude and unprofessional' towards one of our customers.

It is very unfortunate in this case we were unable to satisfy Alex but are always open to helping him repair the bike in the future and get him back on the road.

Worse customer service on the planet next to Suunto watches

Leaving messages with no call back is not a good thing for a company asking for reviews. You need to work on your customer service because it’s HORRIBLE

Our CS Team was in constant contact with Tim in hopes of resolving the issues he had with his bike. Tim did reach out almost daily to report an issue, such as a flat tire, to our CS Team and would be unsatisfied if the team did not get back to him within a few hours.

Our CS Team spent hours working with Tim across nearly 250 messages to resolve each and every issue he presented. We are very sorry he was not sanctified with our service, but he was a priority for our team for a while and it was our goal to create a positive experience for him as it is for every customer.

Buyer Beware

The McLaren bike arrived many months late and was damaged when it arrived. It took months to get my money back.

As for the bike itself, it was not great. I do not recommend this company or their products. The customer service is horrendous and the products are not what they are hyped to be.

Hello, I was recently informed that the bike would be shipped within 14 days. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars because so far everything is as I was previously informed.

Never buy again n+ bike

Never buy again n+ bike, terrible experience with customer service, there is no support from them, they deliver the bike damaged and they never answer the phone or emails, I have to get involved my bank in order for them to respond to my concern.

Terrible engineering and worse support

I have a three-year-old N+Pulse silver arrow. It has been nothing but disappointing. At this point it only has 1000 miles on it and is a paper weight because it is unusable. It has never been damaged by me. It is just terrible engine engineering, and worse service. If you were in the United States, you will have no support whatsoever, except waiting for overseas support to respond which takes days and days. Even the most simple request seems to be Herculean for this support team. I have had problems with error, codes, with batteries, with the front axle, with the back axle, with the transmission shifter. Both the engineering of the bike and the support of the organization is probably the worst I have ever experienced. Do not waste your money and your frustration on this product. Feel free to reach out and I will give you any details that I can.

Don’t buy this bike, they definitely don’t stand by the Mercedes standards. I’m already on my second bike and my motor broke in less than two years. They’re lovely to deal with but really don’t do shit for you

It’s hard to give a complete rating at…

It’s hard to give a complete rating at the moment. I seem to deal with a different customer service representative each time I send an email. I keep getting told I will receive updates on my order but they are coming less and less. Ordered my bike end of April and we are at 69 days. Hope to get good news soon.

An honest review of my experience with N+Bikes
I ordered a Mercedes Benz E-bike. I questioned whether they came with kick Stands and were they subject to retaliatory tariffs. They quoted delivery within ninety days after taking my money. This is a very long delivery time.
As they were not able to deliver within my time frame or answer my questions, I requested the order be cancelled.
I received a reply from Bryan, manager, customer support, advising me that my money ($6506.08) would be refunded to my original payment method within 14 business days.
After 16 business days I had not received my refund, I emailed them to ask the following questions, without prejudice. Had I been lied to by Bryan, Manager, No reply. Did the financial department neglect to action the refund? No reply. Was N+Bikes in financial trouble. No reply. Finally, was it because I am Canadian. No reply. I telephoned them, I had to leave a message and they would reply. No reply. I am still waiting.
I have now had to take this dispute to the financial institution due to the failure of N+Bikes to refund my money withing their timeframe or in a timely manner.
After taking this matter up with my financial institution I did receive a reply. M y questions were not answered, but I was informed that my refund was being actioned.
I emailed the company to inform them of this, I had the courtesy to inform them that I have raised a dispute with my financial institution. I received a reply from Magda. ‘they can process your refund within the next 24 hours. Please note that if a dispute is active we are unable to process a refund!”
The charged my card again!
I informed them again of this.
Magda replied “Refund will reverse or prompt on your statement withing 5 business days.” As per email.
I have finally received my refund some 20 business days later.
I am sharing my experience so that, hopefully no one else has to go through the same experience.
