Bought a Mercedes AMG-Petronas city bike in November 2025, have still not recieved the fenders after 5 months of waiting, and n+ keep on stalling. worst customer service department in the world...... have been in touch with their CEO and customer servive numereous times, and nobody gives a Sh..
this is a fairly expensive e-bike with a very well know brand name. Mercedes- Petronas name is being tarnished by this amateur compoany.
don't buy from them until they can guarentee delivery of all parts at the same time.
do yourself a favour and avoid buiyng from this crap company.

Only received the free bike so far not the RallyE that I actually paid for with zero communication about it almost 2 months after paying them.

Don’t order from these people. It’s a complete scam. Amex luckily gave a full refund.

They shipped my front fender and it got delivered somewhere in San Francisco. Way to far from where I lived in southern Ca. according to the tracker

Yesterday we got a notice of some fenders delivery, but tracking shows it was delivered in some unknown address in... Texas!

$8K bike and everything is just dodgy.

I bought a silver arrow n+bike a couple of years ago. I was super excited for the bike to arrive. I'm afraid to say it's been riddled with issues. Only one of the charging sockets works and the battery button under the seat sometimes works, sometimes doesn't so it often runs out of power and the ball bearings / sockets in the pedals squeak. I've not done many miles and the customer service is very slow and I can't ever find replacement parts. The bike is great on straights a little slow to get started but I wouldn't get one again

Really enjoying the bike. It's a fun ride. A few minor modifications I would make, but overall well-built and a great experience.

Definitely not worth the money don’t buy it don’t waste your time. It’s not that big of a deal. I’m going to Cannondale.

I recently received my Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team City Edition 750, and I couldn't be happier with the bike itself. The build quality and performance are exactly what you’d expect from this brand—sleek, powerful, and an absolute joy to ride.
The delivery of the bike was smooth, and while I’m still waiting for the smart helmet and a few other accessories (fenders, kickstand, etc.) to arrive in the next shipment, the communication has been clear. I’m really looking forward to getting the full kit together, but if the bike is anything to go by, the accessories will be top-notch too. Highly recommend n+ for anyone looking for a premium e-bike experience!

Ordered and paid over $8300 for the bike with the promo of buy one get one free. Then receive a phone call and email saying they have only one bike in stock and the AMG will be available in April. Then get a email saying the other bike that was available is NOT available also in the size I ordered. I asked them why they would take the order and didn’t disclose they had no stock cause I don’t want to wait till April. Ask them to refund but no answer to multiple emails sent. Will wait today and have to call the bank to do a stop payment. Horrible experience stay away. They use your money to buy bikes and make you wait.

I really do not have a lot of experience with different eBikes other than the Yamaha CrossCore RC and a Pedego Tandem that we own.
Leaving the tandem aside I love both bikes. The N+ is obviously more sophisticated and since I bought the Yamaha before they decided to drop out of US market the price difference is marginal.
N+ is clearly more powerful, and I suspect the brakes would be as good if not better than the Yamaha's. The N+ is new and the brakes have not bedded in.
The six million dollar question is if I was buying and the choice was either the Yamaha RC or the N+ City Edition, I would most probably have opted for the N+.

Bike looks sleek and ideal for city riding.
Assembly is very simple and fast.
Driving feeling is the best part of it!! Hard to get off the bike after riding!!

Pleased to have it purchased.

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt sehr überrascht, wie große Marken wie Mercedes mit einer solchen Firma zusammenarbeiten können.

Selbst wenn es sich um das beste Fahrrad der Welt handeln würde, würde ich allein aufgrund dieser Erfahrung niemals wieder mit diesem Unternehmen Geschäfte machen.

Let’s start with delivery: my bike was shipped to a whole different state I ordered the track edition. It was supposed to come to me in TX and it was sent to FL to a warehouse. I was informed 2 bikes were sent there and somehow mine got wrapped into that I have no idea. It was for the most part quickly resolved within a matter of 4-5 days (took me getting some police involvement due to how sketchy it was that such an expensive item could have a completely wrong shipping state let alone address) or so and took another almost week to arrive to me in TX. Regardless it didn’t make it in time to me for Christmas but arrived shortly after new years.

Let’s talk the bike: E-bike track edition. Amazing. The quality of it is definitely there! Very well boxed and secured for shipping! The matte color with the AMG Mercedes patronas logo is beautiful! The battery life seems to be about what’s advertised. I love that the pedal assist definitely takes some of the fatigue out of it pretty damn enjoyable. If you wanna just coast you can coast as well and the bike gets up to speed fairy nice but being electric I expected more torque regardless gets the job done. The bike tires do not exactly fit the carbon fiber stand I do not believe it was necessarily intended to however it can still hold the bike up which I find nice and is a nice aesthetic. (Bought the stand secondhand off eBay) The seat of the bike ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Unless you have an extremely thick rear end your ride is only going to be enjoyable for a matter of minutes before your behind hurts highly recommend you immediately order a cover to put over it with gel or some form of cushioning to actually enjoy riding the bike.

Let’s talk building the bike: instruction booklet is nice quality good pictures in there however I feel most of the instructions are poorly explained and talks about torquing the bolts down in which unless you have a torque wrench renders you useless building it however I do believe just tightening it hand tight is plenty enough. Wish it explained things better on how to actually build it kinda just had to question things and think outside the box on some instructions and maybe if the instructions were almost ikea like would’ve been a lot easier but regardless with enough brain power you’ll get it completed and achieved but there are some items in the box where there’s no instructions or mention of it them at all. The screen on the bike is immaculate and clear very stylish and futuristic looking.

In final overall the bike is amazing it’s my first electric bike I own a Mercedes SL600 love it to death and wanted an E-Bike and found this Mercedes one. Very stylish/unclear instructions/uncomfortable seat/fun overall ride unfortunately the extras are shipped at different time frames received my extra battery still awaiting a shipping time for the kickstand and the helmet I find it strange that all of this doesn’t ship at the same time but I don’t know the logistics behind it.

This review gets 3 stars not because of the bike itself or the customer service but for the ball being completely dropped for shipping from the beginning of it all I think it’s inexcusable and there was no compensation besides maybe taking care of it and fixing it within a timely manner (if you consider that compensation I do not as I was told it was supposed to make it to me before Christmas and it would have if it was shipped to the correct state/address to begin with)

I still haven’t received my refund for a product that I ordered and cancelled the same day. It’s been 39 days and still being delayed.
