UPDATE TO Failed to keep to agreement

WITHIN 24 HOURS OF POST BELOW REFUND WAS MADE AT LAST. SUCH A PITY. GOOD ASPECTS OF BIKE ARE ITS LOOKS AND THE DISPLAY BUILT INTO HANDLEBARS. ALSO GEAR CHANGING SYSTEM (BUT NOT THE GEAR RATIOS) OBLITERATED BY THE DEFECTS DESCRIBED IN MY OTHER POSTS. If you read my 2 earlier posts you will see that N+ provided a bike with countless defects to me on 11th January. After huge efforts they agreed on 3rd April to collect it and refund the money. Nothing happened till 21st April when bike was collected. On 26th April via email and by a reply to my trustpilot post I was told the refund had “been initiated” but I was warned that “The refund can take up to 14 days”. 22 days later still no sign of the refund. I have been well over £3000 worse off thanks to N+ for over 4 months with nothing but hassle to show for it. I haven’t even got the faulty bike! True to form a gentle email reminder a few days ago has been ignored

Absolutely useless

4 Weeks on N+ still can't even answer basic questions, when i ask to raise a formal complaint, then they are super quick to collect for return. Just looking at Trustpilot it is clear they are useless and they quickly delete negative Facebook and Instragram posts, so no one knows how bad they are.

FEEDBACK
1. The Silver Arrow Sport - instructions are poor and the video is not entirely
accurate.
CONCERNS
1. Bike came with an EU 2 PIN power block
2. Is this a UK spec and UK-legal bike
3. Time is taken to get support responses
4. Two charge ports (seat post and top frame), what is the top frame one for?
5. Seat post power light is permanently lit green, is that normal?
6. The pictures and video show carbon rear hangers, but the actual bike does
not.
7. My nearest service centre is Birmingham over 250 miles away.
A few more concerns to add to the list. [30/01/23]
8. The reflectors provided do not even fit the bike, they are a legal req;
9. Bike is EU setup, the brake levers on opposite sides are very confusing;
10. Green power button appears to have two settings, always green, then
recessed green when pressed
11. The setup required a bike technician 1.5hrs to tweak the brakes (travel was
excessive), the front wheel brake cylinder was touching, had to use another
Allen key to loosen, and reposition.
12. No instructions on how to remove the battery to charge, instead whilst on the
bike.
Latest issues to add to the list. [01/02/23]
13. So after a FULL charge the bike achieved barely 12 miles range (nowhere
near the 75 miles quoted for no doubt ideal scenarios), picture attached;
14. Error Code 26 has appeared, manual says it is low voltage, I still had two then
1 power bar left, does this mean a % of the battery is unusable
15. My second full charge has taken a total of 7 hrs, not the 3.5 hrs stated.
16. The carbon fibre sections are missing, see the website snips below)
17. Supposed UK service centre Birmingham has no clue they service bikes

Great customer service while purchasing the bike and after delivery questions.
I love my bike , it’s great quality bike and gorgeous.

The company N PLUS HOLDINGS PTY LTD ABN 23618127021 who dealing as N+ Bikes is listed in Australia as company doing Plumbing, heating, air-conditioning . The company address in Australia is very small building with no company letters on the building . As that big official global supplier of Mercedes AMG licensed Bikes is this a total different view and information on your company ! All the info on your N+ Bikes business internet pages are fake and scam !
I received a 2022 Championship Edition eBike in bad quality - electronic engine not working . Request 15 times by email just in getting in a circle of promising to escalade to the support team . They don't take care and only playing on time to escalade the money out of your pocket .

Update , again you scam your customers . You know very well what you are doing and you know all the reviews in same concern you receive . Allways the same answer from N+ Bikes , that you will take care . But you don't take care . AGAIN YOU SCAM YOUR CUSTOMERS !
