Friendly efficient call handler
Rang to discuss my renewal quote. Elliot was very helpful and explained in lay man's terms the minefield that is pet insurance! Tweaked my pets cover to a more appropriate one which was also cheaper. Very pleasant young man to deal with and took the stress out of insurance renewal for me.

Think the company is a breed itself ....Robdog. you only know how good an insurance company are when you need to claim. Would not recommend this company .They paid out £45 after we were billed £400 after an attack on our little Shitzu by an enormous Alsatian. They said she did not need an emergency vet appointment so they would not meet the cost .
