Poppy was lovely and would give her 5 stars however was not happy that my claim was approved but i was not being paid due to extortionate prices i had paid at vets which is not my fault. Polly handled the situation very well and explained it well and is excellent and sent me a link so i could buy the medicines at a resonable price

Exceptional experience
Craig was great. Very friendly his customer service was amazing. Very helpful and professional. To add on to this, I've also just spoken to Polly who couldn't have been more helpful. She was very caring and compassionate. Totally went out her way for me and I couldn't be more grateful. Everyone I've spoken to at Nowpet have been superb.
