Scammmmmm.

Product took over a month to arrive. Is nothing like the picture, different material and different design. completely fake advertising and crap quality. I wouldn't give it to my dog.

Sent it back to China, where the piece of rubbish came from. They didn't collect it from the post office, so it got sent back to me and they claim i cant get a refund until it returned. All they want to do is steal your money!!!

If i can find out how to get them shut down i would.

I wish them all a misfortune!

Quality is horrible for the price!!!

BEWARE DO NOT BUY - unfortunately I had to select 1 star to leave a review. I purchased an advertised Levi™ - Modern Zip-Up Sweater for $77.00 for my son’s 16 birthday. When he unpacked it we discovered it is the worst quality EVER. No tags, no label and no size and the thinnest fabric. Advertised as a Levi product, BS! And clearly FALSE advertising. I contacted them for a full refund but I knew they would say no, was offered to keep the product and receive a whopping 15% discount, when I declined they said unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund due to falling outside their 14 day refund (again false advertising as it stated 30 day refund policy). Normally I google reviews but not this time, will not make this mistake again AND certainly will NOT purchase from here again.

terrible fit!! i am a super standard size, never have any issues, tried small, medium and large. the small fit my butt, the large still did not fit my bust.

i offered friends of all different shapes, ages and sizes & the denim jump suit fit absolutely nobody.

not sure who it would fit. then, they offer me a voucher of $60 (half what i spent on this rubbish) which expired within a few hours)

not that i would actually waste any energy on trying to find something that would fit my very regular size.

Do not shop here! It’s all a dump from China and they take your money. Don’t waste your time. Quality, fit and colour is all crap! Stay away it’s a big warning.

Absolute fraud. Take my money and making it very difficult to get it back. All products are absolutely crap and from China. You’d get better clothes from the market. Not to mention it took over a month for delivery. I’d say they are Novicrap! Stay away seriously is a scam.

The item is exactly what you would expect from a rip off brand. Looks like the picture, however the material is printed (not thick and good quality) like you would expect.

Total waste of money. Do not spend.

I recently purchased two coats from Navigood online clothing shop, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Neither coat resembled the photos on their website; the look and quality were appalling. To make matters worse, I had to pay out of pocket to return them to their warehouse in China.

The coats arrived in China within two weeks, but Navigood avoided providing the necessary declaration documents requested by the courier for the release of the coats. I suspect this is a deliberate tactic to avoid refunding my money.

Navigood's customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this process. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.

I absolutely do not recommend Navigood. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

DO NOT buy from these people. I ordered 2 medium and one is clearly an XL !! I’ve emailed them and sent them a video showing the size difference and they refuse to swap it. Oh but they did say they would IF I sent them another $24…when I refused to pay they said no to swapping it … scammers 😡

this company. The quality of clothes I received from them are a joke. Look nothing like the photos. This company is trying to scam you, and they know what they are doing. They have fake trust pilot reviews on their site. Customer support will F*** you around endlessly, they’re so good at it, even if you paid with PayPal, you’ll continue to get f***ed around and be unable to get your refund.

***Edit 11/07/24: I initially made this purchase in March and received it 3 or 4 weeks later. Through many appeals I have now finally managed to get a refund through PayPal. If anybody paid via PayPal and is in the same boat, do not return the items and keep appealing. Initially they wanted me to return the items to China for a refund, which would have put me out of pocket $90 AUD, when I initially spent ~$130 AUD. I photographed the original packaging, that showed an Australian PO Box that must belong to Novigood's redistributor, and refused to return it to the China address that PayPal and Novigood told me to. I took screenshots of every single one of these reviews and sent them to PayPal. I said I would only return it to the Australian address on the original packaging label. PayPal has just closed the case, giving me a full refund, and I didn't have to return the sh**ty clothes... They're now in the trash where they belong.

WARNING!! This website is an absolute scam. Worst quality clothes I have ever seen. Complete waste of money. Please don’t be fooled like me. Very disappointing as money is so hard to come by and to be sent this is a real hard lesson to learn.

Like all these reviews, exactly the same story, couldn’t believe the shonky outfit that was sent , my 10 year old could do better, it was like a paper cut out for a very odd shaped person . So scammed.. never again

SCAM do not buy from this company the clothes they sell are absolute trash. The pictures they show do not represent the poor quality clothing you will recieve. They advertise Italian quality, 100% wool, all of which are not true. I have finally got my money back through PayPal having disputed the original decision which was amazingly in their favor!!! If you paid by PayPal please dispute if they don’t award a refund in your favor tell them to check Trust Pilot site to see all the negative feedback good luck and let’s hope these scammers get their just reward and Kama bites them real hard!!!!!!

Where the so called satisfy customers are on their website must be false people. And took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive.

Scam. Clothes design, description, photos are poached by legitimate companies. There clothes are not as portrayed on thier website. Not in Sydney NSW ...based in China. Do not waste your money. Reverse google image the photos they use

If I could give them zero, I would. Absolute scam. Jacket looks nothing like the picture. Poor quality, no tags, no sizing info or branding. Ordered a small, but I can wrap it around myself twice, so clearly Is a large or extra large. The one time I forget to Google a brand before buying 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ website says it’s based in Sydney, mail came from China, email says Netherlands. Wouldn’t even wear this trash at home. But they won’t care, they’ve made their money scamming people. Facebook page and website full of fake claims and fake reviews. Don’t even bother trying to get a refund. First they offer 15% discount instead of a refund, then it’s a 30% gift card, then it’s a 60% gift card. Comments trying to claim it’s for the good of the environment, even though it’s just a scam to get you spend even more money on the rags their ‘store’ sells.

DO NOT BUY NOVIGOOD

They advertise a product which looks amazing and then send something so cheap and nasty without even a label on it. You have to pay your own return to Asia but they try and offer you 15-30% refund and you keep the product which is worth nothing more than seeing the inside of a garbage bin.

Bad service bad quality, make difficult for return and refund . Its SCAM . The items don’t have any tag any name on . DONT BUY ANY FROM THEM . Need more than 3 days to discuss about return refund cause their fault, I ordered size M , they sent me size 3XL. SCAM , should report to avoid losing everyone money
