What went wrong this time is what is consistently 'wrong'. There is no problem depositing funds but try to withdraw and it is a different story. Realicé un depósito y cumplí con el Rollover de su bono de recarga. La propia aplicación me mostró una confirmación visual de que el Rollover estaba completado al 100%, liberando mi saldo. Sin embargo, después de esto, mi dinero real (por un monto de $2000MXN) desapareció de mi balance retirable.

Al contactarlos, alegan que el uso de "Cash Out" invalidó el progreso. Esto es un engaño al consumidor: si su software indica que el requisito está cumplido y libera el dinero, la empresa no puede retractarse unilateralmente alegando "errores de su propia app". Es una falla técnica que están usando para retener mi capital.
Advertencia:
Tengan mucho cuidado. Su sistema de indicadores falla y luego el soporte no se hace responsable de lo que su propia interfaz le confirma al usuario. Ya he iniciado los reportes ante la SEGOB (Dirección General de Juegos y Sorteos) y PROFECO por esta retención indebida.
No retiraré esta queja hasta que se me devuelva mi saldo real de $6500 MXN.

Novibet are insanely slow. It has taken 2 weeks just to verify my account, and every time they ask for new documentation from me. Recently they even asked for mobile verification where my phone number must appear on the phone bill. It never ends.

They are clearly stalling the withdrawal until you get tired and give up. What they are doing cannot be legal. Everything is extremely slow, and they are illegally holding my deposit. As I said, I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks now.

Someone should really look into how they treat people — it’s unfair and disgraceful.

There is a bug in one slot and I contacted them about it, but they wont answer to my emails, also the chat stopped working and every time I open it there is ”you are next one on the line”.
