We are informing you of important changes affecting our operations over the next 4-6 weeks. Due to recent backend challenges with our technology and server providers, we will temporarily suspend operations to upgrade our backend systems, technology, and broker partnerships.
Manta servers are no longer operational on our platform due to alleged compliance issues and other factors beyond our control. We are transitioning to new platforms and technologies supported by Eightcap to restore seamless operations under a new, more reliable infrastructure.
During this 4-6 week period, all data and trade history for existing accounts will be securely saved and migrated to Eightcap MT4/MT5 servers.
A new dashboard and client area will also be available upon our relaunch. Please note that payouts and new account registrations will not be processed during this time. However, all eligible payouts will be honored once the transition is complete, and your challenge/funded account will be returned upon migration on new servers.
Despite these challenges, our company remains financially stable and fully capable of fulfilling payouts. We understand that these events may be inconvenient, but they are essential for enhancing the services we provide and will stand to be the long term solution for many of the recent challenges faced. We will keep you updated throughout this process.

Vergognosi, premetto che ho sempre tardato alla stessa maniera, sempre sempre con la stessa strategia, il primo payout ok pagato subito, il secondo non mi hanno pagato per copytrading(FALSO, SENZA PROVE), il terzo payout mi hanno pagato dopo 3 mesi, il quarto payout mi hanno detto di fare qualche giorno in più di trading 😂 non so perché, il quinto payout non mi hanno pagato ancora oggi non so il motivo, il sesto mi hanno pagato e il settimo mi hanno chiuso il conto perché non hanno più soldi, STATE LONTANI DA QUESTI TRUFFATORI

Grandissimo supporto dall'help desk, sempre molto cordiali e professionali! Piattaforma semplice da utilizzare e comprendere. Qualche piccolo inconveniente per aggiornamenti della piattaforma o della dashboard, ma la company è in costante miglioramento quindi sono fiducioso che le cose andranno ulteriormente a migliorare!

I checked this and you have no accounts that are awaiting under your name, as all accounts that we have generated have failed. Including your latest payout, we generated a new account after that, which the account has failed due to hitting the draw down.

Purtroppo dopo diversi mesi di utilizzo devo recensire negativamente.. Da quasi un mese ho richiesto il payout e oltre a non rispondere più alle email anche gli operatori in chat danno risposte "copia e incolla".
Non c'è alcuna assistenza e credo stiano per chiudere..
