Item is perfect but........
Whilst the item I ordered is exactly what I required. I placed my order on Friday 10th April, I didn't get a dispatched email until Thursday 16th and have received it today (Monday 20th). This is a present and is now late as I didn't in visage it taking so long to arrive.

Brilliantly helpful company - product was delayed due to manufacturer availability but they kept in touch at every step and ensured the birthday gift I'd ordered was with me on time! Can't recommend highly enough.

Lovely range of slightly different products not easily available in shops. Our order was dispatched and delivered very promptly. As a delicate item, it was well padded in appropriate packaging but without too much excess. Would recommend.
