I attended the hypnobirthing online course with Carrie and found it extremely helpful. From learning about the physiology of birth to helpful mindfulness techniques, I felt informed and empowered entering the world of birthing. Carrie was an amazing support network, extremely knowledgeable and passionate. I would 100% recommend this course to anyone!

I purchased the hypnobirthing course and it helped me every step of the way!
Every section was laid out so clearly and it was so helpful to be able to reference it whenever I wanted.
It changed my whole concept of birth and after a very traumatic experience first time round, I couldn’t have had a more different experience second time with using the hypnobirthing techniques. I would recommend it over and over again!

The birth collective full workshop is amazing! The girls are so friendly and supportive. I loved the fact I could watch the videos in my own time and rewatch them as often as I needed to. The advice was so informative and made me feel empowered and confident to give birth. I was very lucky to have a positive, vaginal birth, but felt like I was ready and was able to have a successful c section or induction after listening to the course. I was also able to breastfeed successfully after listening to Stacey’s part of the course. The team have great connections and have found some other wonderful influencers to help the journey of breastfeeding and motherhood. I am very grateful I chose to do their workshop instead of NCT!

I have done the birth collective course and had my baby two weeks ago. It was the most positive birth experience. I used hypnobirthing techniques in early and established labour and when it came to forceps delivery at the end I stayed calm and knew what to expect thanks to the class on assisted delivery. Now I cannot wait to be pregnant again and go through the same experience. My labour was enjoyable and empowering thanks to all the Birth Collective team ❤️🌻❤️

This course is worth every penny! As a first time mum with only traumatic birth stories told to me over the years, I wanted to find a course that would provide all the information we needed for pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. This course did exactly that in a way that has allowed me to now feel prepared and excited for whatever my birth experience will be, fearful seems like an odd way to think about it now. The fact it includes hypnobirthing and yoga too is fab! Short videos/modules also makes it manageable and flexible, no need to commit to hours at a time unless you wish to. Thank you ladies!

I completed the hypnobirthing course and found it was very well explained and broken down to ensure that all information was digestible for the first time mum. I got so much out of this course, from understanding more about birth, to the impact of fear and how to write a birth plan. This is all on top of what hypnobirthing is and how it can help me. I am looking forward to a positive birth experience.

Great course for first time parents. We bought this when the traditional antenatal classes went online as this was much cheaper. All presenters are well informed and clearly experienced and I really liked that I could come back to the materials again and again, printing some off to include in my birth plan and help me decide my preferences which in turn helped inform my conversations with my midwife which have been limited through the lockdown. I particularly liked that it included the yoga and hypnobirthing sessions as these aren’t usually covered in traditional antenatal classes. Definitely worth the money!

Vbac webinar ok but only offered basics of what you scan read for yourself. When people asked questions regarding intermittent monitoring which is a genuine question, the only response was "we want to keep you safe" which I would go as far as saying was gaslighting. If you know nothing about vbac and want a bit of information, I'd say it's ok. Beyond that, many better (and cheaper or free) resources out there

I used the complete antenatal course and found it amazing preparation for birth and beyond. I had wanted to do hypnobirthing and pregnancy yoga so to find a course that incorporates both these with antenatal education is brilliant. The videos on labour, assisted delivery etc are all informative without being overwhelming. Overall I feel it prepared me and my partner well for what was to come and have recommended it to lots of friends expecting!

I purchased The Full Birth Collective Online Antenatal Course and it was one of the best decisions of my pregnancy! I was 17 weeks pregnant with my first baby when the first Covid lockdown hit in the UK and all antenatal classes were cancelled. When I wanted to do my antenatal classes, I found that a lot of the “normal” antenatal classes hadn’t started doing anything online or at least proper online courses. I then found out about the birth collective course from Instagram and signed up. I absolutely loved that I could do the course whenever I fancied and at my own pace. I found it super useful that I go could back and rewatch bits as I started them around 26 weeks and then revisited a few chapters closed to 37 weeks to refresh my memory. The course is really informative and helpful without scaring you and didn’t tell lots of horror stories. Instead it focussed on trying to having a positive birth experience regardless of what might happen. It provided techniques to get through the pain and help prevent tearing (I didn’t tear despite having a large baby). I ended up having a very positive birth experience despite some very scary moments but I felt calm and controlled as I had the understanding and knowledge of what was happening and what decisions I needed to make. Highly highly recommend this course!

We have done a few (not with The birth collective!) parent classes to learn about labour/ birth & caring for a newborn .. they left me a bit overwhelmed, which wasn’t ideal as always had a lot of anxiety around birth.

Where as I came away from the Hypnobirthing webinar tonight feeling so much calmer and confident about the process, and the tools I can use to have a positive birth experience. And I think my husband felt a lot clearer on how he can be a support too. I love Carrie’s calm positive teaching style, and in general The Birth Collectives truly unbias approach. I will keep recommending these guys again and again!

Webinar on gestational diabetes was very informative. After being diagnosed with gestational diabetes and receiving little to no information from the specialist team at my hospital I started looking for other avenues to help. I follow the birth collective on Instagram and see they were doing the webinar. Such a relief to be able to find specific expert advice and has definitely helped to put my mind at ease. The experts were professional yet approachable and made you feel like no question was a stupid question. To anyone who has this condition I would highly recommend this webinar. Also liked that the course handbook was sent out prior to the webinar so you are able to process the information and think of any questions that you may want to ask. Every woman has the right to make informed choices during pregnancy and these ladies provided you with plenty of information to help me feel both informed and supported. Thank you very much for taking the time to run this webinar.

This was an exceedingly useful course about having a second baby. It reminded us what to expect in pregnancy, birth and beyond. Loads of things we had forgotten from first time round - the kind of things you don't retain once you've got a child!
It offered new information and covered a lot in an amount of time that felt really manageable. There was lots of space to ask questions from qualified health professionals, with all the information feeling bang up to date.
The Birth Collective is an invaluable resource, particularly at this time when everything is so different to how it was first time around.

Really comprehensive guide to the birth of your second child. The length was just right and they reminded me of all sorts of things that I had forgotten! I’m feeling more calm and confident after the refresh and it prompted a really good/important chat with my husband about things that we still need to do/think about.

VBAC webinar was great, it was really good to have the pdf of notes ahead of time to have a look through.
