Was advised to take a look into this company from a friend in the industry. They said they wish they has used Nory since they started as it's great! I immediately asked to book a call to get started.

They have a free text field on their website that asks for the number of venues we have. Not type of business or turnover or number of staff or anything. Just how many sites we have.

I selected 1. I got an immediate email back saying they only do multi-site businesses. I followed up to ask why even though I believe they could help us (my friend advised the price was ~ £300/site) but they didn't get back to me.

They did however sign me up to their newsletter which I didn't ask for!

GDPR/ePrivacy Directive Nory?

We were sold Nory as an “all in one bakery solution,” but in reality it’s completly geared towards restaurants. From setup to reporting, nothing fits how a bakery actually works. Half the features they showed in the demo either don’t exist or only make sense if you’re running a full service kitchen.
Our onboarder was helpful and really tried, but it felt like she was working with one hand tied behind her back – doing her best with a system that just doesn’t deliver. Support since then has been slow and mostly unhelpful, full of promises that “someone will get back to you” and then nothing.
It honestly feels like we’ve been testing a half-finished product rather than using a reliable system.
Nory overpromised and underdelivered. If you’re a bakery, save yourself the time and stress – it’s not built for you.
