the staff is very frienly and all helping eachother as it should be everywhere , and the food is fresh and nice

As an employee signing in: I find it very easy to use. When signing in and out, it would be useful to see a record of the length of breaks taken.
As a manager it is a very useful tool in managing holidays, sick, hours worked etc.

Great customer service
Great customer service available on live chat and helpful rota system.
Just wish the phone apps had more options (employee and manager). Also wish we could see a "photo"/or visual of the rota laid out like you can see on the manager's side of the computer log in. The text layout rotas via email notification (when you email the rota out to everyone) are very badly laid out, hard to read quickly and cause shift confusion and mishaps. Always need to attach PDF when publishing rota but isn't very practical for teams to check their shifts quickly. Love the colour schemes and drag and drop shifts though and everything seems to be heading in the right direction! So I'm sure more updates will come. :)

We will definitely take that on board, we are always looking for ways to improve 🙌 One suggestion we have (if you are not already doing it) is getting your employees to use the MyZimply Employee App to view rotas for the week this will allow them to read rotas quickly and avoid any confusion.
