Without a doubt the worst experience…
Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a pair of shoes. I bought the shoes in March 9th, April 1st I enquired where they were and said I would request a refund if I heard nothing back, and they replied saying shipping soon. I said please cancel. They didn't. So I got charged. Then, April 20th I am told its 'on its way'. I received my shoes, they didn't fit. I returned them. July 31st I come home and they have been rejected - gone to Portugal and come back. No one at North 89 is replying. No contact number. No response. Nothing.

Beware of North-89.com shoes!
Beware of this seller! North-89.com does not have serious customer service. Shoes were reported due to a strong smell of glue and returned unused. After more than 30 emails to North-89, a few emails were answered with no success for a refund. PayPal has now been turned on for conflict resolution. North-89 (Gustaf Secher) appears to be illegally withholding money from buyers. That will not happen!

The item I received was 2 sizes too big as a standard UK 10. I sent the item back in original packaging and correct return form slips. They have received the parcel and I am yet to receive a refund 6 weeks later. I have emailed them three times, sent them an instagram message with no reply. I'm being completely ignored. Definitely taking matters further now to get my money back.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I did not receive the same item that was pictured. I had to work very hard to get customer service to respond and address what happened. It took multiple follow ups to finally get a refund for a mistake on their side. Very unprofessional, do not order from here.
Their website asked me for a review and I posted an honest one. Of course they did not post it to the website which is why I'm posting here now. Do not buy from here.

Undvik North-89 i största möjliga mån
Ett företag som inte har någon form av kundservice. Mailade dom förra måndagen (9 dagar sedan), och jag har fortfarande inte fått något svar.
Det finns inget telefonnummer till dom och på Messenger får man heller inget svar. Proceduren för att skicka tillbaka skor är också väldigt märklig.. vissa skor ska skickas tillbaka till Portugal och man får själv stå för frakten.
Försök undvika detta företag så gott det går.

Der er nu gået over en måned siden jeg…
Der er nu gået over en måned siden jeg returende nogle sko, som jeg har købt på denne side, og har endnu ikke modtaget mine penge. Man skal konstant rykke virksomheden på sociale medier før de svarer på ens mails. Skoene fejlende intet men returneringsprocessen og kundeservicen herom er under al kritik (også selvom der er corona krise).
