We aim for 9-11 working days for UK delivery as stated on our Delivery Policy here (https://nordicsculpt.com/blogs/blog/delivery-and-shipping-policy), but unfortunately, global supply chain issues and a delay in our latest stock arrival have pushed our timelines further than we ever intended. Upon checking, your order is still within our delivery timeframe and due for delivery today, 19 March.

Heavy

Disappointing. The device is too heavy and the grip too uncomfortable. My thumbs were too painful after one use, I have tried to go on for a week but I had to apply ice on my hands after each use . So I requested a refund, as their page says: simply contact us at support@ to initiate a hassle-free return—no questions asked.

Well: they asked me to insist trying it and then they told me that the return was not free!!!! I had to pay for it. Or they could give me 10 Euros. But in the end the manager offered a full refund. Thank you

Doesn’t work

Firstly, 5 stars to customer service but 0 stars to the products. I purchased the bodysculpt and bodycup during Black Friday sales last year and have been using the bodysculpt 4-5 times a week since (3 times for bodycup). My honest feedback? Very disappointed. My loose belly and stretch marks from pregnancies are still so visible. I do work out 5 days a week at my local gym so it’s not like I’m just relying on their gadget. I’m still using it now, 4-5 times a week, hoping to see changes! Where is my smooth skin that you promised? 😢
