I ordered a refrigerator shelf for our camper and it was the wrong one. I sent numerous messages with absolutely NO response. I would NEVER buy from them again due to HORRIBLE customer service!

I contacted Norcold parts express. Morgan immediately answered and was able to place the order for the power board I needed right over the phone. I received the power board in a timely manner and Morgan followed up with me to assure I received it. Excellent customer service. I will be doing business with Norcold parts express in the future.
