I ordered a refrigerator shelf for our camper and it was the wrong one. I sent numerous messages with absolutely NO response. I would NEVER buy from them again due to HORRIBLE customer service!

I contacted 2 rv dealers looking for…
I contacted 2 rv dealers looking for replacement shelves for my Norcold refrigerator. Both said their suppliers were unable to get them. Morgan from Norcold Express was able to help me. She was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking Norcold parts.

I should have looked here first. I found the correct replacement part because this site had a handy guide that told me the replacement part # for these model #'s is...
Unlike the 1st site I ordered from their criteria for ordering was how many cu ft and is it a 2 or 4 door refrigerator. It only took 3 days to get here and I installed it without any drama
