Fantastic baby cafe.
It’s perfect for getting professional advice for sleep and feeding; advice from a physio is also available.
It’s also a really good way to meet other Mums and get some moral support.
It’s relaxed and welcoming and the cake is also first rate!
Fantastic value for money too.
Would highly recommend.

After a difficult breastfeeding experience with my first baby a few years ago, I knew with my second baby I wanted to get proper support as early as possible, so my husband and I booked an antenatal breastfeeding support appointment with Sian and it was brilliant! Sian really took the time to get to know our previous experiences with breastfeeding and how it affected me, and gave me plenty of reassurance that this time things can be different! She was so kind and so so knowledgeable - I came away from the appointment feeling much more confident heading towards starting a new BF journey and knowing that there is someone who can really help if we have any issues once baby is born is hugely reassuring. Absolutely cannot recommend No Milk Like Mamas enough!!

Huge thank you to Luisa from No Milk Like Mama’s for transforming my difficult breastfeeding experience in the first few days into a completely comfortable and enjoyable one!! Having visited Luisa feeling fairly disheartened - immediately following our session things were vastly improved and I’ve not looked back so thank you - cannot recommend highly enough!

Louisa is very knowledgeable and professional. She has quickly assessed and treated all 3 of my childrens' tongue tie issues which helped massively with my breastfeeding experience with each child. NHS waits for this service are unfortunately often too long when babies are struggling to feed and I am so glad that Louisa is offering a private service to enable patients to be seen so promptly to resolve issues. Louisa is also very caring and patient and there is no need to rush out of the room after the appointment so mums can feed baby following the treatment without needing to feel rushed.

I contacted No Milk Like Mama's due to my baby's fussy feeding and sudden slower weight gain. I was able to get a home visit very quickly, which I was very grateful for. Luisa was fantastic; a friendly face, easy to talk to and very supportive. She reassured me and made me feel so much better about the situation. After the appointment I received a very detailed summary of our consultation packed full of information to support me. I am very grateful for all of your help, thank you.

So thankful to have found No Milk like Mamas! Sian was incredibly helpful and informative, discovering our baby had tongue tie and helping us through our breastfeeding journey. Luisa was exceptional during the assessment and did a great job with the tongue-tie frenulotomy to our baby. She made it look easy, considering that this procedure has been applied into a tiny baby.

Luisa came to our house at a weekend to support me, when I hadn't been out of Hospital long. Although in the end it wasn't until after my baby had had her tongue tie cut and also put on quite a bit of weight that she was able to latch effectively, Luisa gave me the encouragement and knowhow to carry on, at a time when it felt like a huge struggle. She was warm, kind and generous. She helped with position, tongue tie assessment, pumping and with setting up a complementary feeding system. To say she is highly regarded by Norfolksmidwives is an understatement. Everyone who subsequently came to the house via the nhs would want to know "what did Luisa advise" before offering any support of their own!

Can’t fault Luisa, she was absolutely brilliant from seeing my daughter 2 days from initially contacting her to cutting her tongue tie in that same appointment. She was helpful, reassuring and professional. I obviously was apprehensive about my 2 week old having the procedure but as soon as I met Luisa I was reassured. We were given lots of helpful tips based on our individual situation and for the two weeks following the procedure Luisa messaged and emailed to see how we were getting on and was quick to reply to any queries I had. Can’t thank her enough!

We're so pleased we were recommended Luisa. Our 3rd had a suspected tongue tie and I was struggling feeding. In our hour appointment Luisa got to know us and made us comfortable before examining our baby and then performing the procedure. Since then I have had zero pain, my baby can open his mouth and latch fully, and my mental health is restored.

I booked to see Luisa as I had concerns over how unsettled and uncomfortable my son was around feeding. Luisa witnessed me giving him a feed then examined him and discovered he had a tongue tie which could be contributing to his silent reflux. She was so supportive, reassuring and offered so much advice to support the problems I have been having. I couldn’t of asked for anything more. Her aftercare is also superb. You do not just feel like a number. I can’t recommend her enough.

Attended the recent baby cafe at the Roundwood centre. It was a beautiful, big and clean space with lots of toys available for all ages. There was a lovely welcoming, relaxed and friendly atmosphere with the opportunity to speak to experienced professionals. Great cake too! We will definitely be back.

Our 2 week old (at the time) daughter had a small tongue tie which our midwife noticed when she had struggled to regain her birth weight. We were breastfeeding her but she was having an issue with the transfer of milk and her suck to swallow ratio was 6/7-1.
We were recommended Luisa by our midwife and booked an appointment straight away. During our consultation Luisa was professional, knowledgeable and extremely supportive. Even with a small tongue tie we were told there could be less of a chance of a big improvement but we decided to have it done anyway to rule it out. Luisa done this during our visit, it was over in seconds and we noticed a difference pretty much straight away. Since then our daughter has gained weight and her suck to swallow ratio is now 1/2-1. It seems to have been the last missing piece of the jigsaw puzzle with regards to our breastfeeding journey and we’re really glad Luisa was able to do this so effectively and efficiently.
I would recommend her to anyone of my family or friends should they go through the same issues we had.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Chloe for her kindness and expertise.
I struggled to breastfeed my son and was absolutely terrified that I wouldn't be able to breastfeed my daughter who is now 4 days old.
I was noticing a similar pattern happening, bad latch, falling asleep on the boob, painful nipples and fear of a low milk supply and could feel that same panic rising within me.
This time I decided to change the story, instead of suffering in silence muddling through I reached out and asked for help and advice.
This pic is of me and baby Freya after our first successful feed! I know this will be an ever changing journey and I'm sure there will be some challenges ahead but I am hopeful that me and Freya will be just fine 😁

My midwife recommended this lovely website to me… and I’m so glad she did.
I had a visit from Chloe, the day after I email to enquire!!! I was having trouble BF my 12 week old, due to pain. I was at breaking point. But after Chloe came out, I found out my little one had a significant tongue tie and high pallet! Chloe was so lovely, listening to and answering all my questions! Making me feel so reassured and confident! I felt so relaxed! Chloe is lovely, friendly easy to talk to, but so professional. Thank you so much, money well spent, the support you give is amazing.

Luisa has saved my last 2 breastfeeding journeys. Without her, I wouldn't have succeeded. She is so supportive and kind and I am so grateful for all she has done for our family.
Luisa performed a tongue tie division and later on a re-division on our third baby via the nhs and with her support, I was able to exclusively breastfeed for 2 years 1 month. I was ready to give up before I met her, but she is so supportive and takes so much pride in her work, that she always gives 100% of herself to helping mums and their babies achieve what they hope to.
When I had our 4th baby this year, I knew he had a tongue tie instantly. I was so relieved to be able to access Luisas support privately this time. He had his tongue tie division on day 3 with Luisa, the nhs couldn't refer him until day 3. Each feed was agony, so her being able to help us so soon has saved yet another of my breastfeeding journeys. By day 6, I was exclusively breastfeeding and I still am now at 12 weeks.
I'd recommend Luisa to anyone. She is kind, patient, supportive and nurturing. She will always mean a lot to me, without her, I wouldn't have had all those lovely moments breastfeeding my baby boys. For that, I will always be grateful.

Luisa was amazing, my baby was not gaining weight but was feeding frequently, straight away she knew I had an issue with supply and really supported me on resolving this. She went above and beyond and I would always recommend her. Due to her assistance I can solely breastfeed without having to top up with formula.

I had Luisa come and visit me and my little boy Angus. I was breastfeeding but with nipple shields and just not enjoying breastfeeding.
Luisa completely changed this and gave me the boost of confidence I needed. She is caring, lovely but most of all so knowledgable within this field. Her passion for this shone through from the start. I have not used a nipple shield since, so no longer need to stress about sterilising them etc.

Thank you Luisa, for making me feel comfortable. You were a breath of fresh air when it was really needed.
