COMPLETE AND TOTAL FALSE ADVERTISING ON MULTIPLE LEVELS!!! First, Nobl's quoted prices are so jacked up that even when they have a huge "sale" - like the Labor Day sale currently running. I received my bundled order and was horrified when I opened the package to find luggage of the same quality of the Amazon set I was replacing.

Next, I found that the "carry-on" piece is nowhere NEAR the stated airline-approved dimensions. I travel American Airlines exclusively, and their approved dimensions are 22" x 14" x 9" - including wheels and handles. Not one Nobl "carry-on" piece adheres to these dimensions and, BEWARE! The stated dimensions of their bags are listed WITHOUT WHEELS!

Since I can't use the carry-on, I immediately repacked the order and requested a refund. Customer service? WHAT A JOKE! They no longer accept emails, and their "We're here to help" 24/7 chat? HA!!! It took all day, between huge time lapses in answers and offers of discounts to keep the luggage (are they in located in China?) only to discover all the bait-and-switch methods involving their refund and return policies.

After reading other 1-star reviews, I am thinking a class-action legal suit involving, at the least, FALSE ADVERTISING and BAIT-AND-SWITCH techniques is definitely in order. Anyone agree with me?

UPDATE: After two conversations with Nobl, wherein I was twice told I would receive a partial refund to my credit card, the refund was pending in my credit card account for one day - THEN DISAPPEARED!!! WOW!!!!!!!!

These sturdy luggage pieces are designed for today’s travel needs, from weekenders and carryons to large check ins! They’ll stand up to today’s travel.

Leslie has been very attentive and considerate about my situation. Leslie made me feel better about Nobi and its process. She has been patient about the fact that I was not happy and she made me trust her and the process.

While preparing for an upcoming trip, I researched and decided to order the large case and a smaller carry because the ratings were high and there was a sale . The cases arrived before the expected delivery date! Once I opened the boxes, I was very impressed by the quality of the packaging and protection. Each case was packaged in a sturdy box and in a protective bag (which I still use to store them). The quality is amazing and they are very spacious. The carry on also has combination locks to keep my items safe, but I haven't had to use the locking mechanism yet. I plan to order the midsize one sometime this year for shorter trips! I recommended them to a neighbor and they bought a set as well!

The luggage is impressively functional! My heavy check-in back rolled so smoothly, it was like pushing a cloud. Not to mention how pretty the luggage looks!

I purchased the 28" travel suitcase. This amazing suitcase was all that I was expecting! Security, check! Stability, check! Plenty of space for 2 people, and it held up against the roughness of air travel. No zippers to break into, as it was held shut by 3 clasps, that were very secure.
The wheels are SO smooth rolling, it could honestly roll for days.
Definetly worth the purchase!

I travel consistently, every week. NOBL suitcase is durable, smooth, and looks great. I get compliments on it all the time. Great suitcase, highly recommended!

Nobl is way overpriced, I bought the 28", carryon, and the weekender bag for my wife, $970 Cad in June. I purchased for myself from Amazon the Luggex brand 28" and carryon, $320. The corners on luggex are protected by metal caps, both are polycarbonate, the inside on luggex is better, the wheels are almost identical, and the carryon is legal size.
Had a few issue's and Cyrus put $150 credit in my account.... big deal, can only use is for luggage and not accessories.
Cyrus said I would get a call in 24 to 48 hrs and be able to use it, now there is no response to emails, and still havent' had a call in 7 days.
I would have returned everything except for hearing the horror stories others are going thru.
I would not purchase from Nobl again.....

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Great Luggage Set!**

I’m very impressed with my Nobl luggage set. The luggage is stylish, well-made, and feels very durable without being too heavy. I especially love how much space there is inside and how easy the suitcases are to maneuver. The wheels roll smoothly, and the design is both attractive and practical.

The set looks even better in person, and I feel confident that it will hold up well through frequent travel. Overall, I think this is a great value for the quality and would definitely recommend Nobl luggage to anyone looking for a nice, dependable luggage set.

Very fast response and helpful. Leslie has great customer service . Still waiting on my replacement luggage.

I purchased a NOBL carry-on and ultimately decided to exchange it for a different, more suitable NOBL carry-on model.

The return itself was easy. After speaking with a representative, I was provided a return label and sent the unopened box back. Unfortunately, that is where the process became extremely frustrating.

I had to call approximately 20 times to get someone to assist me with the exchange. I spoke with multiple representatives, including a manager, and was repeatedly told that the issue would be taken care of. Unfortunately, the promises were not followed through, and months went by without the exchange being completed.

I eventually became so frustrated that I sought out someone who could actually help me. I was fortunate enough to connect with Jeremy, who was responsive and genuinely took ownership of the situation. We were able to communicate by text, and although it still took some time, he ultimately got my replacement carry-on to me.

I really appreciate Jeremy’s effort and persistence. NOBL should have more people like Jeremy—people who have the ability and willingness to actually resolve customer problems.

I do like the NOBL product and think they have a good product. My issue is really with the customer service experience and the lack of follow-through. It should not take 20 calls and several months to accomplish a relatively simple exchange

Your product is as what I had hoped for. However, there was a little hiccup, one of the items I order was missing. I was finally able to speak with customer service (excellent response) with my concern, and was told that my concern was being taken care of a mail out as soon as possible. That back in late July. My order number is 764869.

I’ve been on many trips with my NOBL luggage. Great quality!! Very durable!!

Everything is so durable. I bought the large bundle, for an over seas trip in the future. So far I’ve only used the weekender, the carry-on and the packing cubes. The packing cubes are fabulous, they hold so much and fit perfectly in the carry-on. I was afraid my clothes would come out wrinkled but they looked just as good as when I packed. My husband and I just returned from a 5 day trip and everything fit in these 2 bags. I know I won’t have to worry about space when we travel to Europe.

Customer Service responded right away and fixed my problem by replacing the check in right away.

I’m very disappointed with Nobl’s gift-card policy. A gift card should function like cash and give the recipient reasonable flexibility in how it is used. Instead, Nobl places restrictions on how the gift card can be used, which makes it feel less like a genuine gift card and more like a tool designed to generate additional revenue for Nobl.

I specifically contacted customer service before making a decision because I wanted to understand the policy and see whether there was a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, customer service was still unable to help or provide a satisfactory resolution.

I find this practice misleading and unfair to customers using a gift card expecting it to have the flexibility normally associated with one. I would like Nobl to reconsider this policy and provide a meaningful resolution to my concern.

Nobl luggage is top notch! I love the feel and ease of use each piece (I purchased) has when I use it. Hands down it is the best luggage I have ever had. It is lightweight but strong and durable at the same time. Every time I travel it is the first luggage I reach for to use. I just used it for a weekend trip to Wilmington NC and it was perfect!

Loved the bag! Much better than a heavy back pack? Great quick easy accessible compartments that made traveling much easier for a carryon. And it rolls so easy!!! This was a great Choice!
