was so excited to receive my luggage. I order the bundle carryon and weekender in BURGUNDY. when i opened the box, i received a BLUE carryon and BURGUNDY weekender!!! Honestly, how can they mess this up - colors didn’t match yet they continued to process and ship to me. Now i have to inconvenience myself to take to UPS for a replacement AND wait another 12-15 days to receive the correct color for the carry on! Being a first time customer - this is a terrible experience with NOBL. I’m hesitant and nervous to order from them again in the future. :(

I absolutely love my Nobl luggage. I purchased one piece and then added in the bag and the carry-on all in the lovely mint green and I get more compliments on it. It rolls nicely. It’s very roomy. I love the cupholder and it’s very fashionable. I think the best part of the bag carry-on is that it has a shoe compartment underneath so if I wanna have a spare set of shoes to carry on with me, they’re not touching the rest of my clothing. I have also since purchased a Lavender carry-on for my daughter and every time we’re in the airport, we receive compliments on the gorgeous color and all of the accessories

My experience with ordering was a little confusing at first because there were discounts going on at the time. However, the customer service was exceptional and they made sure that I received my discounts and gift cards. I was able to order almost the whole package. I am very happy with the products and have found my ideal travel luggage.

Sharon from customer service was fantastic solving an issue with an order. It was refreshing to receive this kind of service from a company.

Love, love my NOBL luggage . I ordered two bags in two different sizes for my spouse and I. They make travel so easy and we look like lux & chic rolling through our destinations. Looking forward to adding more pieces in the future . The delivery was fast and ordering was easy.

Love my set! Especially how the case are organized. Makes sense. I also have the overnight bag and the assessor use package. Really appreciate having all my loose items packaged cleanly in the case.

This company is the real deal! Not only do they have 5 Star luggage and travel accessories, their customer service team is top notch! Their products are packed for shipping with care and delivered as promised and in perfect condition!

Absolutely love our carry on luggage. Lightweight, convenient and looks great. Cup holder, phone holder, and usb plug are also super useful. We also have the organizer bags for storage.

Nobl luggage is the best on the market!

Just purchased my travel bundle, everything came packaged great and compact to minimize any potential damage. Wheels on the checked bag and carry on very very smooth, and the tote was extremely roomy. I especially love the compartment underneath that you can store shoes or wet items.

Ordering was easy and delivery was extremely fast. I did reach out to customer service and they responded promptly, but I must say they need better instructions on how to redeem your ecard

It’s kind of difficult to do the lock on the suitcase and figure out the different gadgets

This luggage is so awesome. I have tested it by standing on it, jumping up and down on it. It is so durable it reminds me of some of the military containers I have used when I was on Active Duty. This brand definitely has mad a name for itself. Thank you Nobl for making such a great product.

Got my first suitcase about nine months ago guy across from me had just gotten one and said it’s great. We travel a lot for work and play.

Right away once I clicked on the link he sent me, I got one. Great color options to choose from and the metal latches are so much better than zippers.

The inside is great. There’s a lot of space and lots of different places you can put stuff like in the corners and the space inside where the handles come from. There is a lot more space than it looks.

The laptop feature on the side is great . It makes it easy to access anytime. And lots of airports still make you take it out so it’s right there.

One of the best features is the cupholder. Thats what the guy sitting across from me was raving about. When I got my suitcase, I realized why. It’s always such a pain in the ass, holding the suitcase, the phone, and the coffee, water bottle or drink at the airport. I always get looks when people are watching me walk around with my drink in there.

The two charging ports on the top are great. Also, I just keep a charging block inside and then I can just plug into the outside.

While I was on a trip to South Beach with my family, I got a link( they must’ve known I was at the airport lol ) if I took a picture of my suitcase, I would get a discount and if I took a video of me using it I’d get a bigger discount.

The rest of my family was laughing at me while I was videoing myself walking through the airport with my Don Julio and Ginger in the cupholder. Then my wife knew why when I ordered hers…. she loves it.

The ordering process was great you can track the shipping. It came on time. The suitcase is amazing and when I had a small issue with mine, customer service resolved my issue pretty quickly.

I would definitely recommend getting one

Purchased a weekend case with bag from NoblUk branch. Received different case to the one advertised. I was also supposed to receive a £40 e voucher and tracker with my order but no sign of that. Tried to e mail but informed e mails shut down. Then tried chat line which was answered by 'Sean' who asked for my query to which I replied. Then, NOTHING! Have tried Facebook and the chat line again to no avail. These suitcases are pretty expensive and I would think the company would treat their customers with more respect but it seems once you have paid your money they aren't interested! I would recommend people to think carefully before purchasing from Nobl.
UPDATE: Was supplied with an e mail address for Brodie at Nobl but surprise, after composing a long explanation, the e mail came back to me as address not found! Sick of this company giving people the runaround! Brodie, why can't you just get your company to respond to people?

Hazel and Brody were great helping resolve my damaged suitcase issue. Their customer service was excellent and they really put the customer first every step of the way. The process of getting a new suitcase and sending back the damaged one was made very easy. This was because of their prompt communication and desire to get me the quickest resolution with least hassle. Also very polite and respectful every time we spoke. Amazing customer service experience!
