The glass cracked after dropping from 90cm onto the floor. So much for the statement "indestructible watch", complete rubbish. Also 120 warranty? Really is the product that crappy
I won't recommend the product at all, waste of time and money. It must be a joke, hitting the face of the watch with a hammer, is the hammer plastic? What ever Njord claim about the watch is lies... Contacted the company and the response was slow and unhelpful.

To my surprise its not a USA purchase these are Hongkong. I've been in contact with my bank to reverse my charge. Don't be fooled by the reviews on njords main page as we not getting what those people recieved

Hi , I had a bad experience to buy a watch and in 3 weeks broken and the screen is not working anymore. I contacted them and no answer . Please just stop buy them it’s a fake scam.

This watch stopped charging after 2 weeks
It's data collection is poor
Customer service is non existent
It's not a smart watch in the real sense.
All connection is via bletooth

Ordered this watch and it had no tracking information on it for days. I attempted to email this company numerous times and receive no response at all. After finally receiving this watch the indestructible ultra, I found it to be huge and heavy. Further, the watch would barely vibrate on any calls or notifications. Further the screen would turn on and off. Turn on and off. There is no way to control this at all. Even with the screen times it's still did it. I then I tried to call them which is a Verizon cell phone and it says to caller is not receiving further calls at this time. I think the only recourse is to go through the credit card of purchase to do a reverse charge.

Ordered the watch. Didn’t like it so I emailed asking about the 100% refund policy they advertise, followed the instructions and returned. 10 days after they have received it they will not respond to any messages. And their phone number is just a tone when you call it. Don’t have the watch, or my money. SCAM!

Was so excited to purchase this watch for my husband. Unfortunately it lasted maybe 2 weeks. Completely died and would not charge or turn on. The worst part is their customer service was not help at all. I have been trying to resolve this issue for three months. You can not reach anyone by phone and when you email it takes a week for a response and I have been getting the run around. Still no help. I’ve finally had it. Do not purchase this watch

Great watch look like the Apple ultra but the battery lasts for a week or more not like the apple which you need to charge every second day tuff too I accidentally ordered two watches instead of one and after emailing them they refunded me for the second watch great honest company I have bought again from them and happy to recommend them to anyone interested in a good well priced tuff watch with long battery life which was very impressive and important to me your watch can’t monitor your health if it’s on charge every two day like the $1250 Apple ultra thanks again Njord

Njord is THE WORST mistake I have ever made!
So,
1st: I ordered the watch and entered all my information and what I received was a watch programmed to "Female." So I sent and email from their web site about this and waited almost a week to get a very short "We're so sorry to hear this"...........
2nd: With the primary purchase I ordered 2 packs of screen protectors of which "IF" i could get it to stick, it only stayed on for a couple days......
3rd: along with the purchase I also purchased an "Extended 2 year replacement" and F'n Dam BS!!!!
I reached into my toolbox to grab some oil and bumped the screen on the lid and that screen that they show being hit with a hammer in the sales video, shattered. So i sent another "Email" telling them and about a week later i get a reply telling me to explain in more detail what happened and to send them a "Video" of the watch..... I replied that i would like to just have it replaced and that I would send the broken watch to them to and to this day, 1-2 weeks later, i have not gotten ANYTNG!!!!

This is definitely a scam company , I ordered a watch and inputted the details wrongly , then entered them again , I had a suspicion that something was not quite right about these people.and asked them to stop any transactions immediately, you’ve guessed it , No reply ! After several more emails still no reply , I contacted my bank asking them to stop payment but they had taken nearly £ 170.00 from my account.
Do not buy from them , otherwise you could be very sorry .

Watch doesn’t function correctly, tried making contact many times to get solution or refund. No response from anyone. The company seems to be a scam, especially once I looked further into the company website and the stock images of “staff” were displayed. Someone needs to shut them down.

Bought the indestructible smart watch, half the functions don't work. Been trying to contact customer service about return for refund but cannot get no response via email or phone. This company is a total scam imho. Guess I should have done more research, now I'm out $90

The software is garbage. The connectivity with the phone is horse-crap. They didn't send the magnetic wristband.
They have not replied to ANY emails I have sent their so called customer service. Zero chance of any service after sale. If it breaks you are just going to have to buy another watch. A watch with a good reputation and guarantee 👍🏽

I purchased one of this company's "indistructable" watches on June 21st. I have yet to hear from anyone from NJORD about when I should receive my watch.

Based on the inability to contact anyone, I'm assuming I fell into the same "scam" that the folks that have written reviews of NJORD have fallen into. It would be great if we all could do something to get to NJORD and close that "business" down!

I got the Ultra version ( newest ), had it 2 weeks and dropped it on the cement floor at work. Top right corner cracked. Definitely not indestructible. The App was okay, nothing wrong with it. Absolute lies about 100% money back guarantee. They do not email back in order to get a RMA. I just want a replacement. I would be happy to send back the broken one. I'm not impressed at all with the Customer Service. There simply isn't any. They don't respond. Unfortunately it was click bait, and I fell for it. I would not recommend buying, simply on the poor customer service. Save your money.

Ordered a smart watch on May 13 '23 and received it on May 31 '23. Even with a full overnight charge, the watch battery lasted under 4 hours, I could not connect it with my any of my phones. The phone # on their website is for text only (438 803 1019)!! Requested instruction via email on how to return the item on June 2nd and on June 5th and there has been no response to my emails. Everything points to this being a scam. Surprised (may be not, in these days) that Google ads was what lead me to this site.

I've used this watch for several weeks. I find compared to my phone app for steps, it undercounts. The BP feature over estimates compared to the BP cuff. I live at 10,300 ft and am very active so it would be nice to have altitude monitor and be able trust the physiologic readings. It is sturdy, but kind of clunky for a woman. And the company has never answered me on how to import my full contacts list.

Watch didn’t not charge after 1st day of receiving it. I contacted Njord via email many times and left message via phone and still after two weeks no response . Customer service sucks . I guess I’ll have to chalk it up as a loss . Do not buy their products!!

When contacting a vendor, Njord-Gear, multiple times via the email on their website that sells smart watches, I receive automated replies with a support Request no. and a link to Zendesk. So far nothing. I researched multiple phone numbers and locations in BC and Quebec, CA. Nord Gear and Nord-Gear are supposedly different companies. Nord Gear is an outdoor sports equipment company and Nord-Gear represents the smart watch. No one is owning up to the watch company. Waste of time and money. Reporting to BBB.

Rubbish only had the watch 3 days and it’s dead gutted the watch was brilliant all the features on it was grate didn’t hold charge and 3 days later wouldn’t charge
No help what so ever from njord don’t waist u money
