I placed an order on 8/20. Three days later I received a notification that my order had been delivered. it was not delivered. When I email customer support, they verified that the order had not yet shipped but never told me when it would. A few days later I contacted them again.t The response was quick. It still had not shipped and they could not tell me when it would ship. A few more days go by so I send another message asking about shipping. There was never a response. I then asked for a refund and still got no response. I have disputed the charge. The whole time I have been going through this, the company has been sending me discount offers and requests for video reviews. they are either having supply chain issues or this is a scam. Their customer service is horrible. There is no number to call for support. The only way to contact them is through email. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NJORD!

Absolute scam. I placed an order 8/3 and never received the product. Never got a reply from the company, so I disputed the charge.
Buyer beware

I still haven't received the product I ordered. When I send email inquiries, I get canned answers about how they are working on the order and are thankful for my patience. They advertise 3-5 days for shipment, but they don't deliver. I have requested my money back. They have bad customer service, and falsely advertise what they aren't able to deliver.

I ordered my watch and was told it was delivered at 6 am by purolator, the problem is they have no way of accessing our apartment building at that time in the morning. I emailed Njord about the issue and haven’t heard back after two days. So I called left a voice message and still nothing so I left another email. The information tracking info etc comes through the app Shop, apparently after parcel has been delivered the tracking number disappears so I can’t contact purolator with the tracking number. I am at whits end. I bought it for the features since I have a medical issue. Thanks Njord for absolutely nothing but taking my money,

I have been trying to get a refund on a watch since January. Last email I received was asking for the shipping receipt. That was sent. Now they won't even respond to emails. They take your money but refuse to follow their refund policy!

Scammer company stay away!!! I ordered watch on march 21 they say 3-5 days shipping,the 27th no response from them so i canceled the order next day then they say oh its about ready i sent to late cancel order no response , i called credit card company the next day so they created a shipping label but its now april 4th and still has not left there facility, my wife works for the usps the tracking number they gave is BS !!! STAY AWAY FACEBOOK NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS

I ordered this watch based on durability and long battery life. Before you buy you should do some more digging on a product. I received the watch and my first impressions weren’t great but thought I would give it a shot. The band is cheaply made and stiff. I ordered the magnetic band which didn’t hold up as it kept falling off my wrist. I had the watch set to wear when you lift your wrist. The face of the watch would illuminate. Well that all of a sudden quit working. You couldn’t even tap the screen to turn the watch face on you had to press the button on the side. I did a reset. I updated all the settings and still no luck. Then the watch quit tracking my steps. I travel for work and I’m gone 80% of the time and need a working watch. Good luck, returning the watch and getting a refund. I highly advise not investing your money in their product.

I bought the indestructible watch worked for 1 day then nothing tried to contact Njord and got nothing then tried again and they wanted information that I didn't have they wanted me to describe what was wrong like I built this thing all I could say was it's not turning on which wasn't enough info so my query was never sorted I still have this expensive paper weight doing nothing DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM SELLING RUBBISH.........

What can I say about them that’s positive? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No customer service — they never replied to my calls. My order mysteriously “disappeared” from the DHL tracking system after about two months. And no definite answers to multiple emails from me except a lot of hollow apologies. So, I called my credit card company and told them the details. They did a “chargeback” and surprise— my “missing” watch appeared! What’s weird is that I never received an email or tracking number from Njord-Gear that a replacement was sent. I unexpectedly got a card from Canada Post that I had a package to pick up. Six months later; seven or eight emails; at least eight calls and the watch arrived without warning. All I can say is ask your credit card company to investigate. Plus, keep screenshots of tracking delivery pages and the emails sent o them. The only way they respond is if you hit them where it hurts most — their bank account. Njord-Gear is a fraudulent, dishonest, unreliable and untrustworthy company. DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM THEM. it will be no less than a disappointing and frustrating experience. Plus, you might not get you money back.

Shady. Watch seems ok for the price but customer service is horrible. I was charged a C.O.D. charge at the post office for what was advertised as free shipping. I tried numerous times to get a refund from Njord Gear but they are nearly impossible to contact. When they did contact me I was shrugged off and I was never able to reach them again. Don't waste you r money on them!

I purchased the smartwatch ultra based off of the reviews. I am starting to believe they are fake. This watch is NOT waterproof. Even sweat makes the thing go crazy. It took nearly a month before I received it and thats even after complaining about it.

The 3 -5 business days for delivery is a lie. The main company may be out of Canada but it is shipped from China.

cheap watch and bogus return policy. Save your money not worth buying

While the watch is nice, their customer service is trash. I ordered an additional watch that I didn’t need. Didn’t even open the package, I emailed the company five times and left a voicemail once. I can not get a hold of anyone to process a return. Save yourself the hassle/headache and find a different watch company to work with. If you run into an issue you’ll never get your problem resolve if you order from this Njord company. Horrible customer support.

Ordered this watch and they only shipped it was i started disputing the charge. They never attempted to package or ship this order until then. I had made several attempts via phone, email and their contact form on the website. No one had gotten back to me until after i disputed my order and they played it off like it was already shipped. The order will not be at your doorstep within 3-5 days like promised. It will be a month or more. Also, they pretend to be canada based but they will charged your USD and it comes from some random factory in US so be warned you are paying more than advertised. Watch is alright but it is advertised to be better than it actually is. but for whoever hasn't received their order just threaten to dispute or actually dispute, someone will get back to you immediately. For sure a scam website and business. Would not order again and will look at trustpilot moving forward for reviews. All the negative reviews on here are correct and the reason why I disputed my charge.

works pretty darn good for the price,

it aint no fancy dancy watch with a million apps. But for phone calling, checking my blood pressure and seeing when the missus txts me. all while i've had it for 6months and it looks great, worth it imo

Worst company. They will not email or call you back when you want to return a product you ordered from them. Scammers

Bought the watch after watching their advertising.
Thought I was finally on a good thing.??????
Got the watch, set it up worked fine! For approx 3-4 weeks.
First the step counter stopped working.
Then one by one the rest of the health functions stopped.
Then the wrist raising auto on function stopped.
Tried full reboot, restart, re install of the app, nothing.
All it does is tell the time, and I have to push the buttons to activate the watch face.
CRAP!!!!

I bought two watches and when I found them on another site for half the price I contacted the company by email and asked them to provide an address for a refund.
They stated that they do not accept watches back so I should just keep them and they would give me a full refund. The full refund happened in two days.

The watch may not be very good quality but maybe I was on of the lucky ones to get a full refund.
