Utterly useless. The screen died within 2 months of ownership, and I'm a programmer, not the "manual workers" they claim it's for, so it wasn't subject to any real hard use. I've been trying since to get anything out of their "customer support" (that's a misnomer if ever there was one!). Each response from them takes more than a month, and each one asks for a new video showing the screen not working.

Utterly crap, if I could give them negative stars, I would. Avoid like the plague, the watches are rubbish and the service worse.

The watch may be indestructible but the straps are garbage. One is overlapping magnetic and the other has a normal strap but it has a spring loaded connection to the watch itself.
I have had my watch come off as a result of the one of the ends coming away from the watch multiple times. It's easy to put back on but only if i notice it.
I have had the wristband detach I take off my jacket, while flexing my wrist, bumped a doorframe, reaching into an tight space causes it to come off everytime.
So though it may or may not be indestructible I know I am likely to lose it first. As a result I wouldn't recommend buying it.

I have been trying for MONTHS to either get the watch or get a refund. Started asking for a refund about a month ago,after they finally responded telling me I can have a30%discount, a strap, or refund. When I said I wanted a refund... Crickets. I've been writing almost daily since then and all I get is the standard "we will get back to you in 24 hrs". Beware of this company. They will take your money right away promising 3 to 5 day delivery.. But I'm closing in on a year of waiting.

I ordered a 3 pack of charging cables on the. 11th of November, 2025 and was told I would receive them in 3 to 5 days. Well guess what, I have not received them nor a response from them from multiple emails that I have sent. I cannot find a phone number that they answer it always redirects me to some stupid ass AI crap that wants me to pay them $40.00 to join the service. I will never buy anything from them again. I will be calling the BBB if I do not either receive what I ordered and have paid for, or get a complete refund.

this company is a scam, dont waste you money

It took almost 2 months to receive my watch. During that time I tried to contact them many times but did not get a response.
Now after about 6 weeks of having the watch, the display quit. Once again I am trying to contact them and getting no response.

I ordered watch bands two months ago and paid for them and never received anything.yet.🤬

Takes a beating and clean up from painting, tiling, etc is very easy.

I would not recommend ordering from this company. It is very unlikely that you will receive your item or a response from their customer service email. Do not get distracted by the deals.

I ordered a watch bundle over a month ago, with estimated shipping of 3-5 business days. After a week, I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation, so I reach out to the company. 12 days later I get a vague response from an AI chatbot. I respond asking for a refund. They still have not responded 10 days later.

Its been a month since I orderd the watch and still no5hing has been delivered. I have sent multiple emails because there is no phone number to call, and no one has aswered me. I will be reporting this as fraudulent to my credit card department!!!

This is my 3rd watch to order. The 1st one I purchased, it lasted nearly 2 years and started glitching... but I'd fallen in love with it, so I ordered a replacement (#2). Both watches shipped and arrived less than a month after ordering, so no biggie there. Had #2 for about a year and then went to the beach. I don't know if the salt water from the ocean or sand did it in, but it malfunctioned. Ordered #3 watch August 6, 2025. Paid when I ordered. Today is October 30, 2025. and have yet to get a notice that it's shipped and haven't received it. I've sent numerous emails that mostly go unanswered. When I'm lucky enough to get a response, I believe it's from a BOT and a generic message (my order is being prepared and is a priority)... Soo.. I've requested a refund. No comment. Poor customer service, Poor communication, Product is not durable as promoted (deceptive marketing). I'd avoid this company like a plague, yall.

Ordered the watch weeks ago and cant get anyone from Njord to listen! Anyone had any luck cancelling and getting their money back???

Ordered a Nomad watch from njord-gear.com - never received it, called the njord customer service line and have left numerous messages, have sent emails to their customer service email. No reply at all. Hopefully as the amount of victims rises from this fraudulent company a class action lawsuit will take shape. As for now, I will always check trust pilot and various other online review sites to understand the risks involved in dealing with a fraudulent company. Suffice to say, buyer beware!!! They certainly have a slick website, but pass on this one folks!!! If you are one of the few that actually receive your order, you'll join the growing populace of buyers that have a piece of junk that doesn't work as promised.

Customer service was absolutely horrible took 1 months to send it out and I paid for express shipping, the watch stopped working 5 months after I finally received the watch, and when I contacted them to replace and honor their warranty it took 1 months to get back to talked to me like I'm dumb and asked if I charged it, and now it's been another month and still no reply to my second email DO NOT ORDER THIS WATCH

Made order 1 month ago, order has not been dispatched! Contacted customer services several times before getting a reply. Eventually got a reply stating my order was being processed as a priority; several days later and order has not been dispatched. My inbox is full of marketing emails from Nord-Gear, yet they can’t deal with current orders. Poor customer service; poor business etiquette; poor review; and an awful company to deal with

Watch stopped working. The “indestructible “ watch just stopped working and I can’t get an answer from the customer no service department. Should have read the reviews first. I am house bound so no abuse to the watch.

I ordered a smart watch a month ago. They charged me the day i ordered and still haven’t shipped my order. The website says it ships within 48 hours. I have sent 7 emails requesting information, left a voicemail and sent a text message. The only response I’ve gotten is an automated message saying customer service will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a watch from Njord Gear and finally, after 2 months and followups, received said watch. It wasn't what we wanted, so we returned it immediately (you have 30 days). But you have to wait for a shipping label...which took 45 days to get the label which we mailed within 2 days of receiving. They received the package (I used tracking mail) and it's been 3 months with no refund (by the way, they charge a restocking fee...so you don't get the full refund). So now they have the watch AND our money! They're not reliable and they're crooks!
WARNING....do NOT buy from this company! You'll regret it!
