They checked in to get details from me to make the delivery quicker after order which surprised me. Friendly people.

I ordered two expensive items from NineLife South Africa on 6 August 2025.
Nearly three months later, only one eventually arrived — in a filthy, half-torn box that looked like it had been dragged through a dump. The second item is apparently “at my local post office” — which would be amusing if it weren’t infuriating, because there is no local post office. There hasn’t been for years, and I don’t even have a postal address.

On 14 September, NineLife promised in writing that if delivery wasn’t completed by 19 September, I would receive a full refund. That commitment was never honoured. Instead, I’ve been fed a string of copy-and-paste excuses and false assurances.

The company’s conduct shows:

Repeated breach of delivery promises

Refusal to issue a refund already promised in writing

Evasive and misleading communication

Appalling packaging and handling standards

They later had the audacity to ask me to “rate their service” and offered a 10% discount for completing the survey. I wouldn’t order from them again at 90% off.

This isn’t a delivery delay — it’s malperformance and unethical trading. I’ve formally cancelled the sale and demanded a refund under South African consumer law.

NineLife should not be allowed to operate
Avoid them at all costs.

The initial package disappeared somewhere along the line from USA, but the company persevered in reordering and finally delivering.

There was a delay in receiving my parcel however once i brought this to the attention of Sophie , she expedited the delivery which i received within a few days . Overall the communication was excellent and i had no doubt that I was heard . Thank you to Sophie for resolving my issue. I am feeling confident in ordering again.

I was skeptical as to whether my product would arrive. Ninelife communicated all the way through the process and it all went like clockwork.

Mr Donvio went the extra mile to ensure that my shipping issues was attended to.

Ninelife immediately sent an e-mail with a tracking number once the parcel had been dispatched. It took however longer than the original promised delivery date.

Great communication throughout. Product arrived in excellent condition

I still did not receive my parcel, actually I am not given you a rate at all.

I'm extremely pleased with the product. I ordered the "Complete Omega". It takes quite good. And I do highly recommend this product. Thank you NineLife.

Thought this was a SA company. After 2 months, no parcel yet but tracking shows parcel as "delivered". Am I supposed to call post offices around me, go stand in queues and pay more money to get my order? This was not the deal. I take it as a very expensive lesson. I paid R1400 on Nine Life for the same items I didn't realise I could get off Temu for R42... and my Temu parcel arrived within 7 days. These guys are horrible scammers.. stay away! May you get back what you give! Karma...
