Do not use this company.
They deliberately mis market products to make them seem good value.
If they answer the phone they will either hang up or lie.
Still awaiting the returns details as apparently the people you speak to can't give these details out.
Absolute scam. Disgusting company
Have now received returns details. An item that was sent from the UK via hermes has to be returned to America.

They take your money and don’t deliver anything ,don’t answer e mails and you cannot call them , I’m trying to find out the location of there set up , when I do I will be calling during the night

Absolute scam. Won’t reply to emails and the one time they answered my phone call they hung up on me mid sentence. I placed an order and they took $255 of my money and never sent me confirmation. Don’t buy from them.

They have £140 of my money and no delivery? Is this a scam? Its been a month now, its now to late for me to use the product I have ordered. Yet no one is available to talk or get my money back after not receiving the expensive item?? What the hec is going on. Its very upsetting. It must be a scam website

I placed a order on Sunday December 24th 2023 and still not received my item. I have called the customer service but they tell my order will be shipped within 2 - 3 weeks. If I don’t receive my item soon, I will need a refund. I do not recommend the company. My order number is UK-NF#P277472195.

It arrived on time which suprised me as it came into the UK from the USA. There were no import duties to pay. The Balanced Body equipment is the best.

Don't buy it this cheating website.
I recently bought 60pc bulk tennis grip in this website. They show the picture of bulk grip in their website. But they delivered only 3 PC grips.
I purchased it 110 au dollar. Are you kidding me?? 3pc 110 dollar??
They said it is charged included shipping custome tax and something more. It couldn't be charged 100 dollar of it. This company cheat customer by wrong images in website and get money frome yours.
Don't have experience like me.

Worst experience I ever had!!
The picture states that there should be 60 tennis balls in a bag but end up only 12 balls and when I called to complain, they replied that it was this price due to shipping fees.
I've been buying tennis balls for the past 20years.
How can 12 tennis balls be costing $74.40?! That's way too expensive and horrible!

Their website is awful to use. The good reviews here seem like bogus names and the script is bs. I want to buy off them but they seem scary after reading this.

I bought a box of handwarmers for my mother. The advertisement shows a box as expected. The price was similar to what I paid previously. I was shocked when only 10 arrived. I contacted the company. No apologies or customer service. Apparently in the very very small print the website shows the number. A classic bait and switch. Avoid this company if you don't want to be ripped off.

If I could give them minus stars I would. I ordered an Iamrunbox laptop bag and they sent me a bog standard laptop bag worth £20. A fraction of what I paid for the one I ordered. I have spent nearly a week trying to get them to send me the one I ordered. I cannot contact them by phone any more, only email. All they keep doing is asking me to take more pictures of the one they sent. They are so different it is so obvious it is the wrong one but they still haven’t told me what they are going to do!
I believe that this is deliberate and they are a scam and do not intend to replace it with the one I ordered. I cannot get a response from them any more!

Great product even if mediocre delivery.

Simple to order and my goods arrived in good time and in good condition. I would have liked the option to have standard holes drilled in my new bowling ball but that option was not offered. This failure may result in my next purchase being made with a company who can offer this service.

I ordered the Brett Michaels wig for a fancy dress event planned for later in the year. It was significantly more expensive than other fancy dress wigs of a similar style advertised on Amazon and sites of that nature but it appeared in the pictures to be of a higher quality than the other ‘Smiffy’s’ type wigs so I was happy to pay 3-4 times the price of those for the higher quality.

However…….

The advertised wig, when you read through the conditions cannot be returned once the package is opened.

I sent 3 emails to the seller requesting reassurance that the product would arrive as advertised as I was concerned that I couldn’t return it if I opened it (how can you discern the quality of a product which is much more expensive than others on the market without opening the bag?).

I received no replies to any of these emails!

As it transpires I’m happy with the product but the customer liaising from this company needs a good deal of work .

I’d recommend the wig (I’m using it for an Axl Rose costume) but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the supplier as simple reassurances to customers ought to, in my opinion, be a matter of routine customer care policy.

Only for the lack of communication. My order arrived in timely fashion and more or less as described in the photos.
