Just what i wanted, delivered on time and well packaged.

It was an efficient and timely experience, communication was good and the due date re arrival was spot on, no complaints what's so ever, will def use nine fit again if needed.

This is a good product, easy to order, and reliable delivery. I'm not sure where it is shipped from, but it does seem to take a very long time to arrive. If you need the product urgently, it could be very frustrating. I purchased 2 of the 1 item I wanted for exactly this reason as last time it took forever to arrive as well. I now have a 'spare' on hand.

The shirt had a professional print and looked the same as the advertised item, it also arrived on the stated shipping delivery date.

Company is not in newzealand even though they list a newzealand address bought a table tennis bat from them (stiga) all stiga bats are Made in Sweden mine came with a made in China sticker on it obviously a cheap knockoff have tried to call them due to late delivery no one answers the phone
Will be contacting my bank to get a refund as nine fit is not helpfull

So ninefin asked for more details on my review. So I ordered a surfboard fin off their website 3 weeks ago paid for it got email back saying that my purchase had been confirmed and they would send tracking number but none of this has happened yet ,so replied to emailed asking how long it takes,"NO REPLY to 2 emails ,called their service number numerous Time's, voice message asked what they can help with press the required number dials once and hangs up". So this is my experience with NINEFIT, Poor service,phones number no help,no reply to emails, and product has not been delivered but has been paid for

This company is not in NZ despite being an NZ website, products are sent from USA, they dont respond to emails and if you need to return you have to post back to USA (cost me NZ $94 for 2 pairs of gloves) very unhelpful when contacted

I cancelled the order by email within minutes after ordering.
They didn't respond to several emails and they don't answer phone calls.

The incorrect size was send but they were fast to respond and replaced with the correct size quickly

Product was fit for purpose. Ordering process was easy. Product arrived quickly and was as described.

Beware...I did not read the small print...this firm is not in New Zealand, The product I ordered was a walking stick that the person needed urgently. I rang many times to cancel, they don't answer, they ignored my email and sent it anyway, it has yet to arrive...customer service does not respond...

The product is well made, does the job, and arrived in very good time .

I was very happy with the purchase. Took a bit longer to arrive than I was expecting but talked to customer service and they tracked it down and soon enough it was at my doorstep. The quality of the t-shirt was really good. I was a bit worried cos I saw a few trustpilot reviews saying this company is a scam. That certainly isn't my experience.

well the courier held my product for 3 weeks. I think Nine-fit's query got them into action. Cannot fault the communication with Nine-fit, and offer of replacement if the original order did not arrive. Only quibble: I cant tell which is meant to be the back and front of the garment even tho' I have worn it both ways-still can't tell. I'd really like a hot weather version of the tights I bought.

I have been looking for a new Fitbit Surge for some time. Bought online from Ninefit and delivered to New Zealand earlier than specified. Great online shopping experience. Have bought previously from Ninefit and will again.
