The product seems to be good quality. A couple of issues though:
1) the neoprene belt/pad (great, but,,,) does not encircle the waist so the fastening clips dig into the belly when swimming
2) you or your courier have had a security breach and my name, address details and the order number are known to another party. I've received an email from a French company saying that I have an issue with my parcel delivery and requesting that I hit a button. Clearly a scam.
Not what you expect from a reliable online supplier.

Reliability and informative

I made an error in my order - I had emailed them 3 times requesting either a clarification of my order content or to cancel it completely until this could be done.
I tried another way on contacting them - on their website.
Within 3 days with 3 emailes my problem was solved by Amy!
Full refund and apologises for my initial emails to the info@ not been acknowledged.
I had read negative feed back about this company and obviously was getting worried.
I suggest people use the contact option on their website if they have and issue.
This company delivered on their promise 100% - thanks again Amy

You had what I was looking for, it was easy to order, your communications after the order were good and the product arrive well packed and within a week of my placement.

Though it took a long time to receive my goods, actually I had given up on them. But to my surprise they arrived all top quality and better.

Don't order, they don't deliver and customer service doesn't respond to refund requests. Total rip off!!!

My roller turned up 25 days later after the order and did not go. After numerous and vague emails over a 2 week period and with loads of excuses I have given up. There is no NZ contact, a bogus 0800 number that goes no where.
Be aware. $373 down the gurgler!

No Response to emails after repeated requests for contact.
The 0800 number doesn't work.
Paid an exorbitant price for an item I was lead to believe was unique, only to find the same thing at Walmart USA for $27 USD.

I would say that this is a scam as their 0800 number in Auckland doesn't work and any emails to info at ninefit.nz get replied by ninefit-uk at headrush.zohodesk.com with an automated reply saying your ticket has been processed and we will notify you soon... been waiting 14 days! I'm pretty sure this review will get an automated reply saying that they will fix the problem!*** The item did arrive 19 days after order which was a surprise! I did receive an automated reply saying the phone number would be fixed but it still doesn't work and I never got a "Your parcel has been shipped" email despite it going through 5 different couriers to get from the UK to NZ. The item had no packing slip or identifying stickers showing any company details at all.(NZ-P686639601)

Everyone who’s looking at buying something, DONT DO IT, this business is bloody useless and cancels your order last minute for not having it in stock, worst online purchase I’ve every tried to make.

I just enjoyed being able to keep communication open in regards to my order.

Very happy with the quality of the walking stick. And the service.
