I got what I wanted.

Ordered a product in March and still receiving SPAM from all sorts of sources telling me it is coming. Well over 50 so far. The company returned my payment in April but I only found that out on my bank statement. They have never contacted me at any point directly. Will never use them again.

Have received scam emails with all my details after purchasing. They use your company name in the email sender name

Communication was great and package arrived on time. Great quality clothing as well, would definitely recommend/buy from Ninefit again.

Made a purchase of a high grade compass, while also purchasing from multiple other NZ websites and while ive received all my other purchases from the other NZ websites, i have not received any shipping details from my ninefit purchase, and after doing some investigating i found that these guys are scammers. I have contacted my bank to get a refund as when you try and contact ninefit via their listed phone contact it by default says they are busy and hangs up on you, also contacted their email support which created a ticket with an indian ticket system which doesnt even allow you to review your ticket, its just an automated system to make it look like something is being done.

I ordered a good quality facemask after ninefit. It arrived in good time but the product was a knock off Chinese version that didn't look anything like what I had ordered. I have tried to communicate with ninefit for a refund but havnt been able to get hold of them. I feel absolutely ripped off and furious!

Scam scam scam!!! I bought oakley replacment lens paid decent money for them too. I received a confirmation email stating that they will email me with my tracking number ect when it has been sent... well I never received any tracking number and its been over 2 weeks since I ordered. I've also emailed twice no response! Also rung the 0800 number and it cut me off after it said hold on the phone until a operator is available like what the fu*k! They've taken my money yet no product, no contact nothing!!! Do not buy from this site! May aswell flush ya money down the toilet!
And if there was a no star option Ninefit would definitely get it. One star is too good for them.

Made an order they canceled it saying it wasn’t in stock. Asked customer service if it was in stock and they said yes. Not even an nz website. Money is not in my bank. Do not ever order off here!

I ordered something from this company and paid for it and then I received an email saying that I had canceled the order. I did not cancel the order. I sent an email to them 4 days ago and they haven't replied. I'm not happy and I discourage anyone from buying from this company.

The website was easy to use, wit a great range. The delivery arrived quickly and there was great communication.

Goods arrived quickly and were of high quality.

They cancelled my order and said that I had cancelled it, not sure what is going on. Can’t get any reply from the email and still waiting for a response/refund.

I don’t trust this site, so will be calling Amex to get a refund.

Product took 3 weeks to be dispatched but I didn’t read that this is normal so can’t complain - product is as described

Ordered the product on Sunday it’s now Thursday night - emailed yesterday just to ask when dispatch will be - no reply - hoping this gets resolved

My order arrived a week earlier than expected. However, what I received was not as it was listed on the website and I ordered and paid for a second item as recommended on by the seller as I wanted a pair. I actually received two pairs. Closer attention to detail should be paid to product descriptions on the website.

Lead times slightly longer than advertised but clear communication about parcel tracking.
