I have received the wrong product

I have received the wrong product - metal bookshelves instead of the flotation aqua belt that I ordered, and when I try to phone the company the line cuts off immediately. I have e mailed the company as well. It seems others have had a similar experience- I wish I had researched this more before paying. I will be contacting my bank if I don’t receive an answer and reporting them

It’s the first time I have used this…

It’s the first time I have used this site but Ninefit.nz definitely don’t disappoint the quality of their equipment is great shipping easy with no problems and I’m sure that there customer service would be great to so yes I highly recommend 💯respect 👍

Should have purchased a local`` product.

Initially I was not aware that the product was not available in New Zealand but was sent from overseas. The delay of a month in getting the article was not quite what I expected. On arrival the electric plug on the machine was not one that fits New Zealand's wall plug so I was faced with shopping around the find the right adapter before I could use it.
These issues were referred to the company, who took action to correct the problems that I experienced. Communication with the company has been excellent and much appreciated.

Unscrupulous company - avoid at all cost

I placed an order (NZ-NF#P484512799) for a rebounder from NineFit and chose them because I thought they were based in New Zealand. The website has a .co.nz suffix and there is an office address and phone number in Auckland.
I had read the returns and refund terms and conditions before ordering and understood that, should I need to return it, the shipping cost would only be covered if the product was incorrect or damaged.
After placing the order, I started getting shipping notifications from DHL and that is when I realised that the rebounder was being shipped from New Jersey, United States. The rebounder arrived and after a few uses I developed pain in my knee and foot. I already owned and regularly used a rebounder (albeit a noisy, spring-design one) so I knew it wasn’t the action of rebounding itself causing the issue but the new one had a softer bounce which didn’t suit the workouts I do. So, I wanted to return it.
After a few emails with Ninefit (a seemingly UK-based service team!) it was confirmed that I would need to pay for return shipping to the United States.
However, NOWHERE on the website does it say that the product would need to be returned to the United States and I think it is extremely misleading and unscrupulous of NineFit not to make this transparent. It is not outlined in the returns and refund policy or FAQs. As a customer it wasn't clear to me what the risk was. I genuinely thought when I placed the order that I would have had 14 days to return it to an Auckland address.
I am now left with little choice but to try to sell the rebounder here in NZ to recoup some of my costs. I suggested to NineFit that they update their website content so that other customers don’t experience what I have. But having now read reviews of the company (wish I’d done that before ordering!) I realise that this has happened to other people over the past 2 years!! So they clearly don’t give a ****. All I can say is avoid this company at all cost.

Nine Fit

Nine Fit - had exactly the product I needed and the quality was bang on. I was dubious initially but what has arrived was what was advertised- genuinely quality dance vinyl - online response and queries when I followed up on delivery were very quick and actioned straight away. Would definitely use again.

It took a while for us to receive the…

It took a while for us to receive the product as unfortunately it got out of stock but I must say that the customer service was fantastic, they kept me informed every time I asked and my son is very happy with the quiver. So yes, I would recommend it to a friend for sure.

I recently made a mistake and ordered the wrong size weighted vest. I've ordered and received a replacement and am in the process of returning the initial order for refund. The team at NineFit are proactive and are dealing with this quickly and efficiently.

Do not buy from this company!

I recently purchased the croquet set from Ninefit NZ. It arrived just before Christmas. The set cost me $312 and looked amazing online. I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the set. It did not look the same as the set online. When I took one of the clubs out a plastic piece fell off. The stitching on the carry case was pulling apart and the clubs were a lot shorter than they appeared online. I was incredibly disappointed. I called the NZ customer service number but it wasn’t a correct number and definitely didn’t work. I emailed them on 20th Dec but didn’t hear back until the 6th Jan. I assume they had closed for Christmas. The NZ website states you can return within 14 days if you’re unhappy with your purchase. It says to return to the NZ address listed. It took weeks of back and forth emails before I received any direct answers to my emails. They finally said they would give me a refund if I returned the package to their US home base. The cost to ship to the USA was quoted as $195! I did not want to risk spending another huge amount of money on this company. I decided to follow their NZ website instructions and returned to the NZ address listed. I emailed and told them I returned the package. They replied- days later- that they would not refund until the item was returned to the USA. This company is NOT to be trusted. Their NZ phone number does not work and doesn’t have enough digits. Stay away from them. Their quality is terrible and I am hugely disappointed with their service. No one should have to pay such exorbitant postage to return a product that is poor quality.

REGARDING THE TRUSTPILOT REPLY— I’m sorry but your reply is totally to save face with your customers. You have not contacted me to fix the issue. Your faulty product has been returned to the address listed on the NZ website. I have not had any reply from this branch except the same one saying a refund will be issued once the product is received into your USA depot. The cost to return a faulty $312 product is $195 !!!! I will not ship it to the USA when I purchased it from the NZ website! That is unreasonable. Your product was faulty.
Never use this company people! Your Nz website gives a Nz return shipping address. You are misleading your customers!

Great communication!

Ninefit contacted me and reassured me of the status of my parcel.
Unfortunately, I received multiple scam emails in regards to this purchase asking me to pay custom fees.
The company replied to my emails promptly and the item arrived in great time.
They clearly communicated with me and I was able to ignore the scam emails despite still receiving them weeks after my item arrived.
Item arrived in great working order. A happy Xmas day for my child.

I am the person who bought the croquet set.

The person who emailed me regarding the on line purchase was very good and professional. The length of time the croquet set took to arrive was not bad.
My only criticism is that the box the kit arrived in was badly bashed and torn. It needed to be better packed. Also the croquet mallets did not look identical to those on the photo - which does not help me to feel confident as to what I bought.
