Nick's Building Recensioni

I have been slowly remodeling my home over the past 4 years and as a DIYer, I have many questions when it comes to ordering and installing items. Over the course of those 4 years, I have ordered many doors from Nick's and with each order I ask many questions to be sure I am doing everything right. Each and every time the team at Nick's have been patient and walked me thru the process to ensure the end result exceeds my expectations. Their doors are beautiful and made with pride. I challenge anyone to go into any big box store or even custom shop to find doors like these.....the doors you see at those places cost the same if not more than the high quality doors I have received from Nick's. If your in the area, stop in their showroom to see all the customization you can do to create your doors how you envision. You won't be disappointed. I have ordered both pre-hung as well as slabs from them and doors are ready when they promise if not sooner. Thanks guys for always treating this DIYer like a Pro. -Ken K.

Handled a complex order very efficiently. Thanks

Beautiful doors!! Quality made! Delivered as expected! Love our doors!!!

The worst customer service I ever experienced. Door was damaged because of poor packaging. Called Nicks they said its not that bad . If you look at it from 10 feet away it wouldnt be that noticeable. They said they would give me $50 off a $3000 dollar door that has a good size scratch in it.

Professional and customer service is outstanding. Packing and shipping is the best. I can't say enough nice things about this company. No need to look anywhere else, these folks will treat you right.

Was scared to order over internet and phone, especially since I was ordering from California to be delivered to Connecticut. OMG, everything went exceedingly well. Service, product, and phenomenal price. Going back for all my home building supply needs

Liz has been very helpfull in all our conversations as well as your shop guys when picking up doors and trim and wrapping to protect from rain for our trip back to Nashville

My door looks beautiful and it’s really nice work

Our new door and sidelight look great! The door initially shipped earlier than expected, but then the delivery company lost the shipment so it was delayed. The delivery company also didn’t deliver during the 4 hour window that was scheduled. Nick’s shipping department had excellent customer service, the negative with the delivery was from Road Runner who they used for the freight delivery. If we ever need another new door, I would order from Nick’s again.

Shipped on time and arrived in great condition. Doors are installed and look great !!

Excellent product and excellent customer service. I purchased and all the trim for the interior of my home and all looks beautiful. The stain and finish are perfect. Had a few minor issues and they were handled in a professional and timely manner, no questions asked. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality solid wood doors and trim.

I have been buying doors from Nick for over 10 years. The quality of doors are excellent and prices are great!

Good: Quality doors

Bad: Extremely long wait for delivery and poor customer service

HAVE not received the order yet. Nick don’t even tell me when was the package is sent out, I had to keep calling and emailed them

Very clean process and the communications happened exactly as they said. Our contractor was really impressed how the door was shipped, HEAVY DUTY! Not a scratch! It shipped from IN to WI. The quality of the door certainly met our expectations and when installed, it looked completely awesome! The highest quality front door I've ever owned and worth every penny. Also, I'm glad I went with the 3 point latch system, heavy duty and will provide many years of service!

I have purchased from Nick's Building for over 10 years! Never disappointed. Client's love the products - excellent quality and worth the investment.

Our new door is absolutely stunning! It was easy to order, and it arrived promptly. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend!

I like their doors: good material, well done, well finished, and delivered safely.
