Steve Maddocks is a golden asset to this company. As a business person, I regularly wring my hands in despair at the number of indifferent service experiences I receive, weekly. Steve has restored my faith that exceptional service is still alive and kicking, post-covid. He went above and beyond in sourcing information for an enquiry and kept regularly in touch, advising me in ways that may have revealed that the job might flout building regs, thereby losing the sale, this time round. Nonetheless, this service has ensured that he has a forever customer, going forward. I have plenty more doors to buy in future..

It transpires that building regulations may mean that I cannot create the doorway I had planned, but I shall certainly contact DoorsToYou for future purchases.

We contacted Steve at "Doors to you" based on the trust pilot review and placed a order for 3 doors.
We found that our messages or phone calls were answered almost immediately.
Just before the doors we going to be dispatched my better half changed her mind and picked 3 other doors.
Steve changed the order strait away and was a pleasure to deal with. These new doors were slightly cheaper and Steve refunded the difference without even asking.
The doors arrived and are perfect.
Some companies and people are the best at what they do for a reason. This is one such company and I would not hesitate to use them again.. in fact they are the only company I would go to.

After shopping around and reading reviews, I stumbled across this gem.
I had previous spoken to competitors, who didn’t know their stock or compatibility of doors and door hardware.

Steve was patient with me, took his time to run over options, what i would have to consider if I went with certain options etc.

The price was the fairest and the lead time was the quickest.
