House photoshoot for sales brochure
Stuart came to my property to photograph the house and rooms for the sales brochure. He arrived promptly and got straight to work. He was very polite, courteous and a pleasure to have in the house as he worked through the various rooms. Unfortunately for him, my house is not terribly straightforward in construction and it required a good amount of time, patience and good humour to complete the task. The photos were excellent - and I can see why my estate agent uses this firm for its photographic material.

Rude and arrogant staff. Very high handed.
This company charges people via estate agents for pictures and floor plans of people's homes. People selling their homes end up paying them but if you ask for copies of the pics or the plans you are refused even though you paid for them !
They try and blame the agents and the estate agents blame them.
The attitude of the poorly trained staff is terrible. It comes over that they have been taught at length to argue and quote chapter and verse on the law to prevent you from even seeing pictures of your own property or the floor plan you paid for. Astonishing but true.
Avoid at any cost ( high enough ). Do not pay them a penny for their floor plans or their amateur looking pictures.
Make your own floor plan and take your own pictures rather than get turned over by an estate agent using this lot.
When selling your house ask your estate agent who they use for photos and floor plans and if the name NicheCom comes up then move away fast. My opinion based on experience and the experience of several others.
