We were given an appraisal by Andrew Miller, the director at Bournes, who sent a photographer from NICHECOM, who changed attendee due to illness. Hence the late arrival.

Ed came after we paid him £180 despite it apparently being included from Get agent.

Ed had no interest in the beautiful view across 13 miles of countryside, nor other nice shots

He was not here long at all.

The results in the brochure were basic, unattractive, anbsolutely awful and so inaccurate. Incorrect measurements, sliding doors, instead of French doors and weird shaped and proportioned photos.

Bournes had no interest in amending the brochure, they have since, constantly accused me of being unreasonable and told me to contact NICHECOM, as Bournes had nothing to do with producing the brochure or its contents in anyway. I was shocked.

I have written to NICHECOM and Andrew Miller, many times, without response.

Finally I discharged any agreement I had with Bournes for breach of contract, and asked for the wrongly charged £180 to be refunded.

Bournes insisted I get it from NICHECOM. NICHECOM
Continue to ignore all my e mails, not even responding to the initial errors that Bournes Stated that NICHECOM were responsible in totality.

I am now looking to establish a trustworthy and genuine agent in Hampshire.

The estate agent arranged for a photographer from NicheCom to contact me to arrange a time/day for a photographer to come round. I was contacted promptly and Riccardo arrived at the due time. He was polite and took great care taking the photos. Very pleased with the result.

We arranged for Jack from Nichecom to come and take photos for our house sale..Jack arrived on time,very polite, friendly and helpful,his photos of our house and gardens,were extremely good and very professional.

Don't get any close to these people. They got the EPC wrong, which is a major issue and when I call they could not even recognise the name of the person who did the EPC and said after checking the postcode that they would not be able to share any details. Something I never had any issues with before.

EPC assessment was inept and wholly inaccurate, giving a “poor” rating for brand new state of the art heating system and ignoring newly installed double glazing.

Couldn’t recommend. We paid for a marketing service (EPC, floorplan and photos) and got no customer service at all. Had to constantly chase for updates, promised they would call and never did. Photographer never got in contact, they promised he would, they promised his manager would, said they couldn’t do anything despite being the company managing the order (and having taken payment upfront)…Delayed our sales process. I just couldn’t recommend. When I cancelled they didn’t even ask why. All felt very unbothered for a process where timing can be really important.

Very poor customer service after receiving an incorrect EPC report, they wouldn't change it even though I paid for a independant suveyor to check the details

Our Estate Agent arranged for nichecom to contact us.
They were very prompt and quick off the mark to get things going.
The only issue we found was the 'Head office' telephone call was very quiet and we had to repeatedly ask for clarification of he conversation!
The we had Matt visit us yesterday to take photos for the house sales brochure and to measure up for the floor plan.
He was very confident, extremely friendly and courteous and created excellent photos of our home.
We are very pleased with the service and would not hesitate in recommending him and Nichecom.

I had a lovely lady come and take photos of my home today, I honestly cannot fault her. So chatty and made me feel so comfortable, talking me through what she’s doing.

Kyle visited us on Tuesday to take photos, produce floorplan and do EPC prior to our house being listed for sale. He arrived promptly, immediately put us at ease (moving is stressful!) and advised us on what to do for photos in a calm and professional manner. Great service, highly recommended. The photos look great, thankyou.

My estate agent said that Nichecom would be in touch to arrange photographs and they did. By sending me an invoice without even a hello, explanation of what the invoice was for and when they would arrange the service. I asked them for a date and clarification and I have an email telling me to pay and then they would arrange an appointment. I have never had such poor customer experience before, I understand the importance of getting paid, but this company prioritises their own payment ahead of any other element of their business.

Tizz came to take pictures of our home over the weekend and we have just seen them - they are absolutely stunning! She was a total pleasure to meet, so kind and friendly - she even helped me move some heavy furniture back into the garden! Couldn't be happier with our experience and would absolutely recommend NicheCom to anyone looking for a smooth process. Tizz - thank you so much again for making our lives so easy at the weekend and for getting such beautiful photos of our property to show it off in the best light!

Selling a house is a very stressful experience. My experience with NicheCom was wonderful. Pictures speak a thousand words and I have to say the photos of my property are fantastic. Tizz did the most wonderful job to ensure the appointment was simple and stress free. She talked through the whole process and really captured some great shots. What an asset to the company!

Matt White attended our property this morning (13/9/24) to take photos prior to our home going on the market. We were impressed by his friendly and professional approach. He was willing to answer our questions and we appreciated his advise & guidance regarding the shots taken etc. Many thanks

Nichecom were recomended by my estate agent in Thornbury, paid upfront for EPC, Photo's and house Plan, (for what I thought was a professional service). I provided detailed drawings of the T shape house but these were ignored. Photo's and plan were not sent to me even though I had paid had to get them from estate agent. some photos seemed overexposed and house plan was completely wrong. The plan showed two garages a window openning into a wall (L shape house not T shape house) some room sizes were wrong and the balcony was completely missing to mention but a few errors. when I contacted Niche it was obviouse that the information was not checked before being sent out. I would not consider this to be a professional service. (Still waiting for plan to be updated)
Update #1 Plan eventually revised at the 3rd attempt and Niche have promised to refund my fee well done Niche...

David came to photograph my home in July ( I can’t recall exact date) as recommended by Curchods Estate Agency.
He did both EPC and photography.
He seemed professional and I had to entrust that he took excellent photos to give the best possible chance to try and sell my house. I can’t say all photos were great to be honest.

Total impersonal organisation, demanded payment up front then had no contact for the following 5 days wasting all the bright weather. Estate agent suggested using them for EPC as well, again Nichecom in brusque and bland manner demanded payment for that up front, when invoice sent through it was for the TOTAL amount (included photos and EPC) called them and they offered for me to pay for EPC only over phone or with an invoice which I selected, I paid immediately with a bank transfer as photos due following day. No camera person appeared, no message of cancellation, estate agent contacted Nichecom who informed them they had not attended as we had not paid bill. High handed, impersonal, unreliable totally unpleasant experience. Don't even consider them. Cannot understand why Estate Agents use this unreliable and apparently disorganised company rather than a local independent expert photographer. I would advise anyone to avoid Nichecom at all costs.
